Terrible app it takes too long and you can’t even cancel the rides if it’s the wrong address or something. They take entirely too long for the pickup service and their phones are terrible nobody answers the phone even for a regular cab. And they charge more than an average cab it costs me 28-30 to go downtown to LES from Harlem they charging 33

This cab service used to be one of the best. The app is a little glitchy but that isn’t the real problem. Last 3 trips I booked, the driver canceled the ride and for one on them I missed a very important appointment. Now I’m back to using Uber. Extremely disappointed.
