App has the wrong phone number for the store, so, despite ordering for curbside pickup, I still had to go inside. I haven’t been inside any public building since March 13, but it was the only way to get my family’s order. And what good is curbside pickup if you can’t pay through QuickChekDeals and still have to interact with someone to either give them cash or let them handle your credit card? Not to mention, the total given to me on QuickChekDeals did not reflect the actual total, which included tax. I did not know that at the time, so I only brought the exact amount listed on my order into the store with me so I could just hand it over and go as quickly as possible. I had to go back out to my car to get the additional amount and come back into the store, exposing myself for an even longer amount of time. Every other food service business can figure this curb side, contactless pick up out. Why can’t Quick Chek?

I️ like the idea of QuickChekDeals but for some reason QuickChekDeals will not let me order anything from the stores around me after 10pm. The location I️ am ordering from is open 24/7, as it even says on QuickChekDeals , but when I️ go to place my order it tells me that the store is closed. I️ work nights so it is very convenient to order the food before I️ leave work so I️ can pick it up as I️ drive home, but now I️ have to go into the store and wait for everything to be made in the middle of the night because QuickChekDeals tells me the store that I️ am standing inside is closed. Also please fix the barcode scanner at self checkout, it does not allow the rewards barcode to scan unless you go to the register with an employee to scan it for you.

QuickChekDeals sets you up with false hope, making you think it'll make your quick check purchase more convenient, and contactless, but it does NOT deliver. For instance, (maybe this is just me) I have not been able to add their rewards card to my Apple wallet, and I've been searching for how to do so for about an hour so far. You aren't able to pay for your curbside pickup so it's NOT actually curbside because you'll HAVE to go in. Also, once you put in an order, you cannot cancel it from QuickChekDeals , you have to call and cancel it. Then it just hangs there to tell you what you had ordered. QuickChekDeals can be so much better, but it's just not being executed correctly. Don't sell on the idea of convenience and then don't deliver especially when that convenience could mean life/death for some customers.

I like the idea of being able to order through QuickChekDeals .... but that’s all you can do.

1) you can’t pay through QuickChekDeals so you still have to go inside and pay (and apparently you can’t just hold your phone out for them to scan the barcode, they need to take your phone - during a pandemic- and scan it themselves. I felt SO uncomfortable)

2) you still have to tell them your phone number for the rewards.... if you’re ordering through QuickChekDeals , and you’re scanning a barcode, shouldn’t it just automatically link to your rewards?

I hate that I can’t scan my rewards at self check out. Even with screen brightness all the way up and they don’t have scanner guns at self checkout so the only way to scan rewards is with a cashier but I don’t always have time to stand behind a bunch of people taking 10 minutes each to buy a pack of cigarettes. And when I put in my phone number it doesn’t save anything even thought that number is associated with my account. So I get screwed out of rewards since I just running in and out of quick check with self pay registers.

It’s inexcusable to not support contactless payment through QuickChekDeals . Also when you get to the store you have to call them. Well for Bohemia the phone number was wrong. Having to call is just stupid anyway. Why doesn’t QuickChekDeals have a button that says I am here. QuickChekDeals had the potential to be useful but instead it’s trash.

App was good when it was functional, but now, even after reinstalling it will not let me order food. It constantly says store closed for all stores by my town. Really terrible and useless. Quickchek rewards also do not update for all purchases and I frequently find missing rewards from purchases.

7/11 or wawa apps are much better and serviceable. No point in using QuickChekDeals or going to QC to wait 20 minutes for a sandwhich when you cant order ahead like their competition. Even a local deli lets you call ahead to order. Terrible app

QuickChekDeals is great! Instead of having to spend a lot of money to get rewards, you get them along the way. Free coffees, $1 sandwiches, a bunch of other free items! They care about the customer. I never forget to use it because I’m always excited to see what i get next. Thank you!!!

Just updated and now QuickChekDeals doesn’t load. Crashes as soon as I open it. Restarted the phone and still does the same thing. Before this, my purchase countdown stopped working after another update. And recently I randomly lost a free sandwich perk that was there March 1st and disappeared the next day. Now I can’t log in and redeem my other rewards. Also I just noticed that QuickChekDeals shows pictures about receiving your 7th cup free however it’s the 9th cup. Cmon QC marketing! Get it right.

It appears the barcodes are to low to the bottom of the phone screen and won’t scan at the self checkouts, the cashier at the store confirmed after I tried all 3 self checkouts. Please fix this because I use QuickChekDeals twice a day to pay for my items. And how come we still can’t pay through QuickChekDeals like you can in every other app???

QuickChekDeals is a work in progress. Closest QC is open 24/7 and even though QuickChekDeals reflects that you can’t order at night. If you’re gonna give a pamphlet and a long description of every deal you’ll get on candy bars to every customer QuickChekDeals should be worth using. It’s not much better then when it came out yet. And I don’t go there enough to care about the rewards.

Easy to reorder from previous orders. Easy to scan, and the rewards are automatically applied to the order. Would be great if payment was through QuickChekDeals too though

I purchased a smoothie on QuickChekDeals to pick up but there was no way to pay during that time. I was told after I ordered in app, I would have to pay at register first. I’ve been to other places and all I had to do was charged my car in app and then pick up. Should be that simple for QC but it isn’t

I would love to see the rewards card given the ability to be added to the iPhone wallet. That would definitely make the checkout process more streamlined.

Time went up an hour. Which is fine and science but I usually get me food at 5 on my way to work. QuickChekDeals thinks it’s four. Now I have to wait for them to make it. Which isn’t terrible but it puts a dent in my timeframe to get to work. I hope it fixes itself.

Doesn’t add purchases towards the $50 goal to get 5 bucks off. I come every single day for work and have used QuickChekDeals for about 2-3 months and only coffee goes towards the goal (I understand gas and Tobacco doesn’t count. Figure it out please. Other deals are nice tho

The scanning is horrible you need an employee to assist you with it which defeats the purpose of a MOBILE APP and it won’t let me order food at any time after 10pm, I work overnight so I like to order my food so it’s ready when I can go pick it up. The stores here in NJ are open 24 hours most of them, but QuickChekDeals won’t let me order at night, then what’s the point ?

Updated QuickChekDeals but after typing my email & password it would give me an error. I even tried my other email & passwords but it still won’t work, now I lost all my points & rewards. Everything was working fine before & they shouldn’t have updated with a new look & version. Now I have to start from scratch again! If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!!

QuickChekDeals was completely useable before. Now it is completely confusing! There is no instructions on how to use it and it isn’t intuitive. You use to scan your coffee QR to get a free one on the 7th. Now they’ve increased it to 8 drinks for the 9th free! Guess corporate thought they were giving too much away to their customers? Maybe it’s time to switch to WaWa?

I don’t see the value of QuickChekDeals. It’s the same as entering my orde at the kiosk at the store, except the kiosk has a bigger screen and more friendly menus.

You can’t pay using QuickChekDeals . Therefore you still need to go to the cashier. There’s not time saving from using QuickChekDeals .

They don’t start cooking until you pay at the cashier. There’s no benefit from ordering ahead on QuickChekDeals .

I think the only benefit is the points you get (I don’t use that) or if the kiosk is broken.

If QuickChekDeals would just eliminate the need to stand in line and visit the cashier then I would give it more stars.

Love the new UI. So easy to place an order for a busy morning when I am on the go!
