Barely one star

Booked but the site changed my airport called right away was told there would not be a charge to correct had to fight hours on phone to get a billing and I was charged the change fee. Now have to wait for some supervisor to call flight time changed 2 weeks after booking not the time I would have booked hours to get answered from people who drop the call and you can barely hear or understand. Run. I really mean it run away from this site go to the airline directly. This one is terrible!!! Run!
Cancelation policy is terrible

Their cancelation policy is 24hrs after booking, tried to chat with an agent and he said it was airline policy which is not very true since my flight is months away and if i booked through their website directly they would have let me cancel. I guess i wont be making that mistake again. I also had a hard time even finding my itinerary on the app and website, it would say i had no upcoming trips, and it would just direct me to covid 19 page. Wont be using again

Do not book with them, they are a complete scam! I booked a hotel in Albuquerque and they send me all the way to Santa Rosa, i cancelled the reservation and they still would not refund my money. They are a nightmare to deal with. Do not recommend what so ever, they are a complete scam, don’t know how they got such “high” rating, most likely their rating is not real. Also their costumer service is not helpful at all, they have been rude, I’ve been on the phone with them for more than 5 hours overall, they’ve lied to me and will not refund my money
