Don’t ride this app if you live in south Texas. I had horrible experiences the last two times I took the bus. Both times, the bus station was filled with illegal immigrants being aided by a nun (illegally if you ask me). Each person/child was given a blanket, an envelope, a bag of snacks, etc. and given instructions as to what to do once they got to their destination. On my 2nd trip, when it came time for my bus to arrive, I went to the loading site and was first in line. To my surprise and disbelief, I was told to step back in order to allow a hoard of immigrants to line up before me. The rude nun lady brushed me aside and and began lining up all her group while I got asked to move further and further back in the line. When I complained to the bus attendant, he rudely instructed me to complain inside at the office (which meant leaving the line altogether and possibly missing the bus!) I decided to stay, eventually got on the bus, ended up in a crappy seat at the back, then uncomfortably continued to my destination, all the while having to deal w/ runny-nosed kids running around in the bus and yelling and screaming to which adults did nothing and the bus driver ignored. It was a horrifying experience.
