I Bought two tickets for my wife and daughter who were out of the country . Received the email of confirmation of two tickets for them at the same price . When my wife was checking in at the airport the airline said there is only one seat and my daughter would go on her lap . She showed the airline the confirmation but they said it was not booked that way on their system . My wife called me since I booked it . I called and was told sorry was a glitch in our system we already refunded your card . This was happening as my wife and daughter are at an airport out of the country! Very Frustrated I asked to speak to a superior they said sorry no one in right now nothing we can do it's too close to departure Time I should have called earlier ? really? How would I know they never sent me anything other than the original receipt and confirmation he said check your credit card statement so I did as I was on the line with them via my online banking and sure enough there it was at 3am a credit he said oh Well that's good you don't have to file for a refund I said i don't want a refund I want my Daughters seat !!! Ugh so frustrating DO NOT USE !!!! Warning !! Do Not Use !! I Will be deleting LastMinute from my phone and all devices !! Wish there was negative stars !!

I booked a flight got email flight number everything fine called the actual and they said it was all fine. Went to airport and there was NO TICKET I called and some very rude man said they tried to contact me to let me know they price changed and they couldn’t confirm the flight I booked this flight a week ago I was standing in the airport ready to leave and had NO TICKET then he said ok I’ll refund you or you pay extra 500$ right now my father in law is having emergency surgery I had to get on that plane I ended up paying a extra 460$ direct to airlines for the flight an still no confirmation of a refund I will find who ever you people are and end you

Disappointing and now worried. I was booking a flight for my mother and myself and it gave me a great price. Yay but wait ... It directed me to a Russian travel agency, all still in English. I put in all of my info but would not let me continue because I needed a Vat number which in the US we don’t have, I looked into registering for a vat number. I looked to see if I could contact someone on the site about it, no luck. Then when I tried to go back the info was gone and the fair was gone. I hope someone didn’t steal my info. No credit card information but other personal info. Looking at legit secure places for flights.

Hands down the worst booking app I’ve ever used. My sister and I needed to purchase return tickets from Mexico City to Orlando. When we originally booked the flights they were $309 for two one ways, and today we got an email stating that the flights went up in price and they never confirmed our booking. They waited over 24hours to send me this letter, and no where does it state in the original email that they only sent me a “price quote.” We ended up having to pay an additional $140, because by the time they confirmed the ticket... the price had changed many times by then. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do not use LastMinute!!!!!!

Love the rational behind LastMinute 's search algorithm, and it's incredibly usable.

Unfortunately, it linked me to questionable travel agencies: SmartFares and BravoFly. Just before booking with them I searched online and found droves of complaints. SmartFares underreports the prices, then tell the customer they must pay more, and do not typically allow cancellation, even though they advertise that free cancelations. Bravofly, as well as SmartFares, both listed flights that were unlisted on the airlines main website. When I called either agency, after a search process, they told me the flight was no longer available--despite the fact that it was still listed on the website.

It's important and effective for LastMinute to search many different sources for price listings, but the developers really must take more care to vet the agencies that they are linking to. I feel that I narrowly avoided losing several hundred dollars on a booking with a questionable agency.

I had really high hopes for LastMinute when I downloaded it. It was showing great prices compared to the major websites. The interface was annoying but I dealt with it to try and get a deal. However, MULTIPLE times, I have looked and found a flight and LastMinute has connected me to a third party website where I cannot find the flight or it is at a way higher price which is extremely frustrating. Makes it really hard to trust putting the extra search time in with the terrible interface when I can't even get the flight when I find one.

Interface changes that need to be made:
1) change the date selection to actually show the calendar. It's annoying to have to remember the exact date just because it only allows you to select the date without seeing what day of the week that day is.
2) make your departing/arriving airport searches actually use airport codes. As of now it doesn't recognize the codes so you have to type the city out.
3) FIX YOUR FILTERS! They're terrible! Especially the time one! What is going on with that time slider that starts and begins at random times?!?

But most of all, actually verify that these rates are out there if you're going to connect us to a third party with a specific rate in mind. Incredibly frustrating.

An essential to the busy traveler who doesn't have time to lurk around tens of sites or apps just to find a decent flight cost. LastMinute allows you to find a flight in the price range you're looking for, while also including incentives for using LastMinute and tons of tips for traveling! I travel tons in my free time, and this has saved me endless hours of staying up and waiting for a price that i can fly with. would recommend to a friend!

I used this for one trip. I twice bought tickets using Just Air Ticket. The problem is that this agency engages in either unethical or illegal practices, charging your credit card and then telling you the ticket costs way more than the advertised price (I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission). Only this agency listed prices for this trip (at least the first dozens) so I ended up buying a ticket through another agency I found outside of LastMinute. Thus I cannot tell the usefulness of LastMinute because of this particular agency advertising false prices.

I’ve been using it for many years! I love it because I can search most airlines at once and find the best combination of travel dates to save money by day, week, month, and year. We used it recently for our trip to Australia and New Zealand because I found a super cheap time to fly for our family and changed our previous destinations. The search functionality by month and year is particularly useful when you are not stuck in flying a certain time of year or day and just looking for cheapest travel times. We LOVE LastMinute!

LastMinute finds great deals for cheap flights. The caveat is that they’re processed through international booking services so the chances of you getting customer support is pretty small.

I recommend LastMinute , just make sure to triple check everything - dates, name, passengers, etc. so you don’t have to go through the hassle of contacting the booking agency.

I have been looking all over for a flight from the US to Scotland and the prices were about $1200. I was hoping to get it for much less than that but it was in the peak season. I tried LastMinute and didn't find any good prices I looked all over online and at the last minute before purchasing I decided to check LastMinute one last time and I found a direct flight for $690 on United airlines. I was a bit skeptical because that seem too good to be true but I did research the third-party company that they sent me to and it had gotten good reviews so I went ahead and booked. Granted, I didn't get to pick my seat so I might be in the middle seat, but it was worth saving the $600 and having no connections. The next cheapest flight was about $850 on KAYAK and It was a connecting flight and the flight was about 3 to 5 hours longer.

This is a very good software, use two words to describe is cheap travel affordable travel, every time we go to far or is going to fly, it can search to the most special price ticket, it is a lot cheaper than normal by going to the airport to buy medicine, he stepped out of the software, since the life will become more and more convenient, you will feel life is particularly good, I feel special software.

Finding cheap airfares easier to me than when known applications. Supports multiple flights with information on the transfer of airline offered full and detailed. Besides there are many discount tickets are pretty good, I can choose the type of ticket that to reduce costs when traveling. I appreciate LastMinute and hopefully it will continue to grow.

LastMinute is great! I use it to get tickets for my flights. I tend to travel a lot so LastMinute comes in handy. I have used other apps to get my tickets but LastMinute is the easiest. LastMinute allows me to select the destination or if i have multiple destinations. After that i pick my dates. Then, i am given all the choices for flights, but it also tell me the BEST, CHEAPEST and QUICKEST flights. LastMinute is simple and fast. I would recommend LastMinute to my friends and my family!

LastMinute can help my flight status updates and other useful information when using the service. It also allows for self check- in online, view airport maps, view flight status and receive updates when a flight change ... There is also a search feature for flights out with attractive prices, quick booking support. Beautiful interface and easy to use immediately upon contact. Through this, I hope that the application will have more breakthroughs in bringing to the user experience.

I have spent a long time on searching about cheap ticket for flying. After one day I met my friend, she was a tourguide and she was recommended me this great application. Two words: cheap flight. I've downloaded and tried to book a flight. And it was amazing. Now I can travel anywhere I want, just need to book a flight with this great app with the lowest fee. Thanks to the developer, you guys have created a great app for searching and booking cheapest flight. I'll introduce LastMinute to my other friends. So they can travel with me anywhere we want. I travel for work about 7-10 times a year and travel a lot for pleasure. I absolutely love LastMinute because you get rewards for stayin in any hotel listed, unlike most reward/loyalty plans were you can only chose from a few hotels. No problems so far:) Update: the new update is fantastic! It allows you to go to your bookings, hit the update icon in upper right corner and it will include bookings made online. Traveling made easier!
App is super is easy to navigate. user friendly and the customer service is the fastest I have exhibited. Would recommend to anyone look for last minute accornrnodation.
