Used Cheapflights to buy a flight for my father for the following day costing $240. They canceled his ticket purchase without advising us. We made it to the airport and he was still able to check-in through security since we did have an email with a confirmation number. Once he arrived at his flight’s gate they informed him that his reservation was not paid for and he was forced to pay upfront for a last minute flight that was $850. After calling the company that Cheapflights used as a middle man, travomint. They informed us that they didn’t charge us and we should have received an email notification, which we never did. Customer service personnel were very rude and did not care one bit for helping us. Do not use Cheapflights unless you want travel plans ruined and being forced to pay a fortune for last minute flights.

I don’t know much about finding the best deals and with Cheapflights it helps you filter out the cheapest flights but also shows days that are cheaper. It has helped make this 10 times easier and has saved so much time.

I'm not really crazy about Cheapflights... it quotes much cheaper prices and every time (SEVERAL attempts on different flights) I click to go to the third party site the price is not even close to the quote on Cheapflights . I see the disclaimer that prices go up quickly but it just seems like an excuse for completely false advertising. I got frustrated and just used Orbitz and it was cheaper and easier than all the nonsense Cheapflights was putting me through. The regular website used to be really useful, I haven't checked outside of Cheapflights to see if it is only Cheapflights . I wouldn't recommend using Cheapflights.

Everything is so delicate I’m trying to scroll down find my birth month and by mistake the whole page disappears. This did not happen only once it happened more times for that actually option I was choosing. And then it happened while I was looking for different flights the whole screen just dropped now I can’t find where I was at. Now I have to press search al over again. I can tell the people who created Cheapflights hasn’t tried to use it once atleast.

I feel cheated when making the reservation I did it with a flight Miami Bogotá Cartagena and when I finished making the payment they gave me a direct flight to Cartagena that is not what I want or please I need to contact you in Spanish

I have used this all before for fights and what not. The prices I like, I have only had one little issue with it, but the flights are cheap if you put the flight in there more than once. From what I experience

I can’t believe how efficiently it searches a multitude of resources for the best price. It also advises you to buy or wait depending upon current trends! I’m sent “buy alerts” as well.

Booked a flight, confirmation page popped up quickly and then disappeared. I never received confirmation email, and there was no way to go back and see what I had just booked. Had to call both airlines and wait on hold for over an hour just to retrieve booking numbers. Also, Cheapflights asks you to select a prefix (Mr./Mrs.) which got entered onto my ticket as part of my first name. This is a hassle to change for my international flights. Cheapflights ISN'T WORTH THE STRESS OR HASSLE!

I honestly love cheap flights every time we fly we use cheap flights .. best deals all the time. Don’t waste time and money on using agencies or others.. use Cheapflights everyday and do constant searches for best deals.

Haven't booked a flight through Cheapflights but have used it for flight searches. That part is quite impressive. It was able to find flights for an obscure connection that Kayak couldn't.
Will explore Cheapflights further.

Long story short, John was not happy we wanted to cancel our flight because they were saying the ticket prices increased. We did not want to pay the increased amount. 30mins later, John finally cancelled our flight but saying, " Fine I will cancel your flight tickets if you want to pay higher prices since we have the cheapest." Well we booked directly with Air China and saved $300 total.

I booked my flight then received an email stating it was unable to confirm so I contacted them to receive a refund. I was told since it was pending it’ll bounce right back to my bank account but instead the payment processed any way. The people who answer the phone seem very suspicious and unprofessional as well. I should’ve just stood with the usual which is just using JetBlue. You get what you pay for guys.

The prices seems to be great in Cheapflights . After I booked the ticket they called me to confirm but I wasn’t around my phone. I called back 30mins later they said the price increased. I told him that I would like to cancel then he said, “you are not a man of your word”. Haha I know it’s shocking cuz I was shocked too. Long story short he hung up on me and called me back after 2 mins saying that we have the price back!

This is a great app because most of the time I travel I get on Cheapflights check flight prices and always find the right flight for right price !!

It’s a great app to find those cheap flights, but the “Trips” tab is confusing when the prices are shown “without checked bags” every time. Even if I saved it with bags.

Cheapflights is truly amazing the prices are excellent and the choices are phenomenal i'm really happy i downloaded Cheapflights would highly recommend to everyone

If there's an app that focus on your budget on airlines this is Cheapflights . Simple clicks and you can book a flight to where ever !
