I have a health condition that requires I sit in the front of the plane with extra room - so I have to purchase first class, but I want to find the least expensive option. I tried to search for a first class ticket REPEATEDLY! which IS an option they SUPPOSEDLY offer! But EVERY single search result was filled with economy flights. So, it was impossible to find the least expensive first class ticket. Then when I tried to “filter” the results I found there wasn’t an option to filter for first class ONLY to list it at the beginning of the search - which OBVIOUSLY does NO good!

The search function in FlightHub is worthless! Save yourself time and choose one of the MANY other travel app options!

I booked a flight for a friend. Within 15 minutes dates changed but I could not modify my dates. I booked a 2nd flight figuring it was within 24 hours I’d just cancel the first. Yeah...no. The site would not let me cancel. I spend 30 minutes on hold to be told I had to call flight hub. Why the hell is just flys number on flight hubs site. I call flight hub to get the exact same menu option and stale hold music but for a hour this time. $75 to cancel. I have to pay this before getting credited. Cannot take it out of my credit. No thanks. Never again. Enjoy the $75 it’ll be the last.

Charges cancellation fees almost $150 even though you have insurance. Are you kidding me? Whats the point of having an insurance? Such a terrible experience.
Need to get the refund or cancel the flight and they say the airline has taken control of the flight and that need to talk to the airline. I call airline and they say i need to talk to flight hub my travel agent. Are you kidding me?
Why do i have to go back and forth if i buy a ticket with you guys? This was my first time doing business with flight hub and indeed will be the last time.

Thoroughly Disappointed!!!

I bought a ticket in this company in December 2019, due to the pandemic my mother could not travel in April 2020, FligthHub said that he would return the money in a voucher twice and 5 months have passed and I have not received anything! I bought the ticket with the Kayak app, I spoke with FligthHub on three occasions telling me that there was no problem and they would give me the voucher, liars! they never gave me anything! I do not understand how companies like kayaking can have you! I am completely disappointed!

I wish there was an 800 number to give more details about the insurance or a brief description that is more detailed without having to click here and there to find it

If you book the wrong date and you call right away they will make sure to confirm the flight while they put in hold to make sure that they can charge you cancelation fee. Technology is aware of time this app, it will confirm the seconds that I called and the seconds that you put me in hold to take the time to make sure that the flight was confirmed. I know you did it because I have the confirmation when you clicked it. You are bad people!

It is really convenient and easy to use. I can buy a flight ticket with some touches. The price FlightHub offers is reasonable and helps me save a lot of money because I am a frequent traveler. Highly recommended!

The price shown says taxes and fees included when you do a search but when you go check out it will show a completely different price. I just tried to book a ticket advertised at $998 but when I went to checkout the price per passenger was $1348. I called customer care to ask and they told me they don’t even have that deal in their system. I thought I was getting a deal but back to the drawing board. So frustrating!

You have to stay on hold for long periods to deal with any questions. Changes to the itinerary weren’t even sent and I only found out about them when I called to confirm times of flights. Last minute flight change notifications were cryptic and you couldn’t even tell what had changed. Would never book with them again!!!!!

I love FlightHub because it does a wide search for the airfare at once. I don't have to check a bunch of different sites or open new windows to find the cheapest price. Booking was easy, convenient and safe.

Gave me options to find the cheapest and even fastest flights to my destination by the date and how much it would be if I extended my dates, and booking was simple too... 👍🏾

It is a very helpful travel app. the best thing is they remind you few days earlier about ones forthcoming tour with the directions to reach the destination and a facility to change your travel plans.

I booked a flight from San Francisco to Manila and my connecting flight was cancelled. I never received an email from the airline or this app about the cancellation, so I didn’t learn about it until the day before my flight. I had no choice but to pay their $35 fee to refund my ticket and it’ll take 12-18 weeks to process it. Never using this app again and I suggest you don’t either. 👎

I downloaded over than 15 apps to do my books and this is the application fastest and easiest ion all of them, thank you this app

I have used FlightHub to book most of my hotel rooms over the past 1 year with very little trouble. I then called customer service and problem solved immediately. Very satisfied with FlightHub.

I had no difficulty reserving a hotel room. A few days later I found a better deal and was easily able to cancel the original reservation and reserve the new room. So easy!

They don’t speak much English. they aren’t clear on what your needs are so they just claim they they understand you. They were supposed to reserve my seat, meal and baggage check. They didn’t and I got charged for it. The airline had to give me a full refund BUT this app used their own credit card to pay for my reservation. Now this app gets the refund and I dont! OMG! IM STILL going through red tape to get my fee back! DONT TRUST FlightHub!

I bought a ticket to fly my girlfriend down to Georgia to go with me to the Marine Corps ball in November. I bought the insurance because I wasn’t sure if something with work was going to come up and prevent me from going to the ball. My schedule changed and now I’m working during the ball, so I tried cancelling my flight to get my money back. After about an hour on the phone and speaking to three different agents, I was told that I couldn’t cancel my flight and get my money back. They first told me that I couldn’t even cancel my flight, then after I told them that I had the insurance, they referred me to the insurance company that they go through and said that I could only get a refund if a medical emergency occurred. Complete waste of money and time.

Decent price engine that finds comparable discount segments to Google Flights but FlightHub itself is buggy and most annoying the Filters for flights are routinely ignored or even backwards. If you choose to see “morning only” on you outbound for example, it will only show you “morning only” for your inbound. Waste twice as much time adjusting filters.
