Unusable with European Number

Had to insert a Number from a Friend who lives in the US, because my Swiss number would not be recognized.
Also the date picker is broken for Jan 22, as there is no 30th and 31st selectable, had to book via the website.
The profile is a joke, there is not even a Account number or anything displayed, how do I edit my Profile Details?

Ich hatte mir E-Tickets gekauft und wollte diese vor Fahrtantritt zeigen, hatte jedoch keine Internetverbindung. Greyhound lies sich nicht mehr öffnen und ich musste mich erst mit einem Wifi verbinden, damit ich die Tickets vorzeigen konnte.
Von daher gibt es nur zwei Sterne, der Rest hat problemlos funktioniert.
