Usually capable of ignoring poorly designed apps but Kith is simply NOT FUNCTIONAL! You can’t even register to begin with. And when you finally do after 11+ tries, it attempts to use recaptcha to verify your identity which is also another struggle. You’re better off using the website. I gave up after about 5 mins of trying to register and verify that I’m not a robot. Even thought it was my WiFi and switched to data and still had the same results.

Do not waste your time like I have attempting to register and sign in. You’re not even guided as to what characters can be used as your password. If you’re anything like me and use a meandering combination of numbers and special characters in your password forget it! You’ll be stuck trying to register for days! You can only use simple passwords and can’t get past the recaptcha verification.

I downloaded Kith excited to have mobile access to one of my favorite retailers, as well as access to amazing giveaways. Unfortunately, Kith hasn’t worked for me at all. When I downloaded it and signed into my account, it asked me to sort my preferences (sizes, favorite brands, etc.). Then it shows you how to use Kith , what links do what and the like. Finally it get’s to a “customize feed” screen. I tap to move on, but I just get a black screen with a loading circle constantly spinning. I wait for 15 minutes, but nothing happens. I close Kith , go through everything again, and the same thing happens. That’s where I stand now. I have tried to work Kith over 10 times now, but still the same issue. I would love to use Kith , but as it is for me right now, it’s unusable.

I love this app’s designs and Ronnie’s vision but I have a feeling that he hires his inexperienced friends for positions because this app’s operations are a mess and their customer service is known as the laughing stock of the industry. Every time you open Kith you have to re-enter all your info which is a pain. It takes 1 minute just to start looking at clothes. The exclusive items Ronnie promised would be Kith are not there - might as well look at the website. The idea behind having a customizable stream is good but it doesn’t matter because the only thing anyone wants to buy from this app are this app’s clothes. You can find other brands’ clothing for much cheaper elsewhere plus their customer service won’t be complete crap like this app and this untested app.

Everyone says Kith is non functional but I think it works great but most of these reviews are also from years ago so prolly gave this app a bad name but I mean the clothes and shoes are great and cheaper compared to others apps and websites, as far as product I’m not sure yet because I just ordered something a few days ago and waiting for it to come in so I hope it’s good and if not I’ll be back on here to change my review

While this app’s products are great, their app is terrible, nearly unusable at times. Difficult to navigate with very unintuitive button placement, lack of swipe features, and horrible filter functions, Kith is a chore to look through at baseline. Then there’s the frequent freezing/crashes and other glitches. Can’t handle heavy traffic during drops and their checkout constantly freezes when using PayPal. It also recently switched to this app Europe on its own (I’m in the US) and won’t let me revert back to the US site/app. Had to completely delete Kith and redownload. Horrible.

Fire your software engineer Kith is terrible! I’m trying to spend money with you and your app has the most glitches I’ve ever seen. I can’t even scroll through the products without Kith refreshing multiple times and selecting things I didn’t even tap. Please get it together I like your merchandise your blows though. I’ve waited to see if any updates would come out.... NOPE! 👎🏾

I downloaded Kith because this app likes to post items on instagram but then they are nowhere to be found on the website. Sad to say Kith is 10x worse than their trash website. Either they hire monkeys to run their e commerce side of the business or Ronnie just doesn't care to have a decent online experience. If I could give Kith a negative score I would but since I cant I will save the negative reviews to their lazy & snobby in store employees.

Kith is terrible and barely functional. this app as a brand has gone so downhill it’s unbelievable. They mark most items “FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES” and then send garbage clothing with the buttons falling off, the zippers not working, etc. The pricing can not be justified and Ronnie is just trying to make as much money as he can while he is relevant. There is no justification for the prices of this app original products and no justification for not being able to return defective and misrepresented products.

I used to use the this app app all the time for every drop and regular shopping. Somehow I’m logged out and it will not allow me to log back in with the correct credentials in Kith . Great brand/company in general but needs a lot of work on Kith .

This was the most confusing app. I got it only because they carry a brand that’s hard to find but it kept asking my size and I couldn’t even figure how to search and when I did try to get to the brand it said page not found. Please simplify your app to make it more user friendly and easier to get to the place you need.

Don’t know why Kith has such bad reviews. It definitely could be a lot better but it’s usable. Nice to have an app instead of having to go search it every time. I think if they made it faster it could be better. Sometimes it takes a few seconds for whatever you clicked on to respond.

I remember early on, when this app first released Kith, they really advertised it but it was a web based app and you had no advantage using it than just using a browser. Many months later, a new update is pushed with little to no improvements. It logs me out every time I open Kith . Navigation on it looks disconnected from what the brand represents. A real shame for a brand that puts so much effort into their collabs to have an app with such poor experience.

I don’t understand why people don’t like Kith it has all the functions you need and the only reason making an account is “difficult” is because they don’t want to many bot accounts on their servers. Great app exactly what I expected!

I haven’t been able to use Kith to enter raffles or shop because I can’t even log in! After I enter my email address and password, I’m asked to prove that I’m not a robot, however, there’s no way to do so! Nothing else appears on the screen. there’s no captcha or anything for me to do at all. I have tried closing Kith , deleting and reinstalling. Always the same issue. Doesn’t matter if i’m on wifi, off. It happens every time. highly disappointed.

Kith will do everything to frustrate you and nothing to satisfy your shopping needs. this app just doesn't get it. Their product is highly sought after and way too limited. They should have human verification to deter the bots and allow 1 unit, per item, per customer.
App crashes during a drop, cart will be non responsive, you'll mistakenly add two units to your cart and then struggle to delete one before it's sold out. Nothing great about it.

With the update, I was tolerant with the bugs and was optimistic it will soon be fixed. Not the case.

Any purchase I’ve attempted to make with Apple Pay has always failed. Maybe it was because of the Monday program fiends. But nonetheless. Don’t allow me to put something in the shopping cart if I don’t have the ability to checkout. And Apple Pay has yet to work for me when it’s suppose to make checking out so easy.

Please fix.

I wish I would have listened to the other reviews. There is no benefit from downloading Kith opposed to using your browser. What’s worse is you can’t even log in properly and when you finally do, you can’t even change account settings like your shipping address, payment methods, password change. Awful app. Do not waste your time.

Just wanted to go in and cop a sweater but it’s honestly annoying going through Kith . Spent the last 20 min really trying to make it work but I can’t anymore. when you get to the select your favorite brand it sends you right back to select your shoe size. This is not user friendly just annoying.

I love the whole vibe of Kith , it works both visually and easily. The only problem is the back button doesn't work 100% of the time when one goes to a social media link in app.

They updated Kith now now everything runs smoothly and works fine
