Animatoon is okay, but the amount of things you have to pay to do is frankly stupid. You only have two templates you can use for free and they have barely any space to add anything one o them is a cube for god’s sake! The other it a ridiculously simple cartoonish humanoid figure. Another thing I dislike is the fact that you have to get premium or whatever to get basic animations, and it is hard to figure out how to actually make it you know; animated. Otherwise decent app.

When poseing a character if you mess around with the torso it breaks too easily, I understand making a animation of a character break apart but it dose it to easily for a normal animation,over all its good but I will list things that are weird about it, Weird motion with normal positioning, Making a charater move position alot then watching it again to see that it barley moved. Also can you add more colors? Its hard to find natural colors or pinks and browns Thats it but good game over all.

So I just got Animatoon and it’s a really REALLY good app but the fact that you have to pay two dollars for EACH INDIVIDUAL character you only get a cube and then if you REALLY wanted to get like 10 stuff, then it’s kinda not worth it. Here’s an idea, instead of having to pay for literally everything in Animatoon , you can watch an add and when you first get Animatoon , you can choose three stuff for free but the rest you don’t have to pay for.

I like animating, so Animatoon looked really cool. However, unless you’re chill with spending money on an app, (which my parents don’t let me😔), do not download! You get a cube and a crummy looking guy as your only characters, and you can’t even import or send your animations. Like, I know y’all need to make money but… there’s other ways of doing that than not letting people actually experience Animatoon .

it is really hard to move the character and I have to pay for most of the things like this shouldn’t be a free game if we have to pay for most of the things

It would be easier if you could see where the rigs are and delete models and it’s almost impossible without being able to move the camera

It works the first time I tried it the second time it thought I was still working on the same animation so when I tried to move the block it just move in a different Direction can you fixe this

I really like Animatoon because I love to animate in 3d and now it’s in voxels. The only thing is that you have to upgrade to pro for A LOT of things. You only have a cube and some guy to start with. You could make it to watch adds to unlock but you made it have to pay to do everything else and it was disappointing when I saw it. I know you get money from it but if you have to do it for almost everything then people will either not buy it or uninstall Animatoon. I would give five stars if things were free. Still really good.

Really great application, for those who are interested in modeling and animation. It’s pretty simple to use, so you don’t need much time to get to use it. I think this is great choice, for this who just started in animation, super useful!

I have literally just installed it, however it is so far just as advertised, and of course I hope I can upgrade it to pro pretty soon. Of course the pro version is very cheap.

I am pleased with this game and its features. Motion design is a very interesting subject for me and with the help of this application, I am getting to know a lot of new technics for me. I like that app is easy to understand and use. It looks very stylish and very clear.

I tried to animate something other than a block, but apparently I need to buy premium pack or something and it’s 4.99 a month! So if you want to animate anything, have fun animating a single block

This is an astoundingly useful tool. Many will think range of capabilities and in doing so; forget about utility.
Being able to block out pixel animations in a simple voxel format with auto-tween and solid pre-built rigging on a tablet is a developer’s dream come true and the price tag for the full version is pocket change.
That said, if the developer is reading this: PLEASE add a little more range to the color pallet. If that’s not already too much to ask: Please provide a model with a slightly higher voxel count. The ability to mimic quality 16 bit game animations is very close but the current format requires increasing the head size by 4-6 voxels per side thus distorting proportions. If not for my selfish reasons: think of how many more users you will receive with a minimal increase in visual quality of the models on your homepage.

Very satisfied that i found Animatoon. It has friendly interface and it is very simple in use. I like that Animatoon gives access to the library of animations and that you can export files to other 3D applications

I see how many vacancies are existing for motion and 3D designers. So I just have started my way in animation. Animatoon is really simple and perfectly fits for beginners. It’s easy to understand. I think when I get better at drawing I’ll definitely buy premium version of Anima toon.

I just love this but I have to pay 9.99 for extra things and I wish it could be maybe 3 dollars shorter but that’s it. But that’s beside the point I love how you made this who ever you are You are the best person ever to make free a animation app for people to be happy and not have to pay to be able to get in.

It is so great having Animatoon always with me! I’m used to working with design and animation through pc tools only so for me personally this is such a new level of working ability! Interface is very user-friendly and the amount of tools inside fits even professional use.

Animatoon is amazing!! But I really think there should be a feature to make your own models with custom move points and maybe even the ability to edit the move points of preset models too, I’m suggesting this because I’ve been wanting to make a squid a spider ya know all the thing with lots of legs and/or arms

I’m trying to find a good animation app for 3d pixels because I am working on a small video game and I have a 3d pixelated character but I can’t figure out how to animate it. If you see this review, please don’t buy Animatoon . It’s a waste of time because I have to get pro to simply import my character file. All you can do is edit two boring characters. I’m only rating it 5 stars so u can see it.

So sonic the coolhedgehog (someone who had left a previous review), is correct. You only get a cube and a migit, but if you erase everything but the feet, you can make your own guy. Amazing job. And a lot of functions need premium, yes, but for this good of an app, something’s have to cost money.
