Program keeps stopping.

While reading my chapter's loyal books just stops and I have to exit and restart. It always says it's a bad connection but the same thing happens at the end of each chapter. How can I listen to loyal books without interruption

Update Loyal Books app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Loyal Books iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Loyal Books on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Loyal Books network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Loyal Books not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Loyal Books App
1. On android, goto Settings » Loyal Books » click [Force Stop]

Update Loyal Books to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Loyal Books App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Loyal Books » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Loyal Books.

Fix Loyal Books unable to contact server/ Loyal Books internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Loyal Books » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Loyal Books » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
