When I downloaded my books there are two problems.One some pages are duplicates, costing the next page to become obsolete and costing you to miss the part of the literature. Second there are many blank pages .

How to fix My Books app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the My Books app on iPhone
Update My Books app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall My Books iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix My Books on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve My Books network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

My Books Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix My Books not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the My Books App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Books » click [Force Stop]

Update My Books to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My Books App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Books » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Books.

Fix My Books unable to contact server/ My Books internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Books » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Books » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
