PhotoCleaner used to work well. But when I try to compress videos or photographs, it tells me it will only compress what is not in iCloud. I had deleted PhotoCleaner for a couple months for this very reason & just now re-downloaded it. I used the iCloud Downloader within your app & downloaded the files. But I am still getting 0 kB to save at top right for each section of pictures when I try to compress the selected files. The compression wheel just keeps turning but doesn't compress. Nothing is new about PhotoCleaner except the ICloud downloader since the time I deleted it before. I'm very frustrated with PhotoCleaner that was working for me in the past! PLEASE HELP. P.S. Even though you have new versions available, I don't see any updates available (unless it automatically downloaded the most recent update when I redownloaded it from PhotoCleaner Store).

I like the changes but would like you to consider adding “Big Files” as an option under All Photos. That would eliminate the extra step to go to All Photos then changing sort option to size. Nice update though. Like another reviewer said, which there was another way to reach support. I don’t do Facebook either. At least have an email or something.

Update: Glad to see developer responded to me from my review although I still wish there was an alternate way to contact because I don’t Facebook. I look forward to the update he spoke about.

After upgrading to my latest IPhone I discovered the process, that didn’t go smoothly, resulted in a ton of duplicate photos. Photo cleaner allowed me to correct the problem quickly and easily without PhotoCleaner trying to take over my photo library life. Best money I’ve spent in a long time.

I was so excited for PhotoCleaner but now very disappointed. I have 4000+ photos on my phone and know for a fact that there are tons of duplicates. After running the exact duplicate scan it said there were none and the similar scan only found a possible 67?? After cleaning up the similar photos there should also be a way to mark the ones you are keeping so they don't keep coming up. Plus there's no support. The articles on the website are several years old and only 2 of them are in English. So disappointed!

After the update with delete while viewing photo capability added it makes comparing exact file sizes and dates easier while flipping through. But you still have to back out after deleting one photo (because the delete button locks up) and wait for duplicates to be searched again, rinse repeat.

I tried so many duplicate photo removers and this is the best.

I was trying it before I bought it and when I went to purchase PhotoCleaner to support its continued development I could not find any place in PhotoCleaner to do it. Am I missing something?

This time last year I had my first child & it blew my mind how quickly my iPhone storage filled up with all of the pics & videos. I was so afraid of losing all of these precious memories. My husband suggested PhotoCleaner. I’m so glad that I downloaded it. I love the condensing videos. Highly recommend 😁👍🏼

This is the best available handy app in the market. Very simple format, extremely efficient. It worth every penny. I am so glad that I found it. So many of these photo deletion apps hang on large volumes of bulk deletes and take forever to categorize photos. Not this one. This one WORKS! It's fast, intuitive, and reliable. I'm totally impressed. Search no further. Reasonably priced as well. Bravo and thank you! 👏👏👏

This is an amazing app by the way. I don’t know how much work you put in to make it good. But as of now it doesn’t seem to launch after I compress a few photos or use the new =/= feature

PhotoCleaner is decent. It does as advertised but I don’t think it’s very effective if you have a large photo library - it definitely misses lots of duplicates. I also wish that it had the ability to detect duplicate videos. The most annoying part, however, is the trial period for PhotoCleaner is only 3 days, after which it charges you for the entire year. A bit cut throat if you ask me. I’d avoid PhotoCleaner.

All the other features seem to get to work, but can no longer get compression feature to work. Cannot upload video to your Facebook page to explain. It says “compression failure.”

Wonder if it can ever link to other online cloud services besides icloud to delete, upload download etc.

Been using your app for almost 10 years.

This is hands down the best app on the market to clean up photos and sort by size and remove duplicates. The only issue is that I can’t filter by local storage and iCloud. I’m you should be able to filter between photos that are on the cloud vs ones that are stored locally on the phone.

I finally found an app that works perfectly yes yes I really love PhotoCleaner it does what it suppose to do and if help me delete so many duplicated photos and videos I never knew I had in my iPhoto library. Thank you for a great application

I’ve used the paid version of PhotoCleaner since 2017 to delete photos for work documents and I’ve never had an issue. My instructor recommended PhotoCleaner and I haven’t deleted it since

Dec 2018- deleting images, rotates properly (not an iPhone-only app). App is regularly updated. 2 deletion modes; select & single-image (w/delete button in lower-right corner, just where your thumb is ready :)

t’s fast, reliable way to condense my photos and videos. The way it organizes the photos in multiple ways so if I’m looking for a certain pic there are multiple ways to find it.

I have downloaded many duplicate photo apps and have experimented with just about all of them; this is the only one that you need! Tip: change the level of similarity from time to time and it will dig even deeper finding more duplicates.

Better than it was before the update. You can now zoom in on the pictures your trying to compare in order to delete the right one. I'm happy with PhotoCleaner. :)

Thank you for the very wonderful program, but I have an inquiry. I want to delete all studio except my favorites, how? I know there are options in the application, the preferred option, but how?
