Using the mobile app after the latest update, the screen freezes after putting in my password and does not enter the main app. The activity arrow just spins round and round. Thank you

I am having problems with a video call to a doctor using two different iPads. I have been speaking to the same doctor for 18 months on Doctolib without problem. However, the last three times the call begins the picture is blurred and the sound is not high quality. After about 1 min my voice connection to the Doctor is lost but I can hear him. We have both checked for problems with machinery Internet speed etc. Additionally I have used my pad with other applications and get good images and sound. I have checked that the Doctolib app is up to date and it is. It is obviously quite difficult to have a consultation when the connection is a problem. Any help or suggestions that you have would be welcome. Thank you Bernard Precious

When you send a message to your doctor, you may not add another one and you just must wait for the doctor's answer. When adding documents to the "my documents" list, it is not known if the listing is personal and confidential, moreover, in violation of the privacy regulations, Doctolib does not ask or tell you who may access, neither he tells you who opened/downloaded those files.

Bonjour,I am trying to make an appointmoint for my 12 year old son for his booster vaccine de covid.He has been extremely brave and received his first vaccine on his 12th birthday.I think my son deserves his third vaccine and as he is eligible and he took the brave decision at only twelve years old,I think he should be given an appointment for the third vaccine.However this is difficult to obtain.We reside in the department of 87 but we are able to travel to surrounding areas. Please, any advice on this subject will be greatly appreciated. Merci et Cordialement A coleman
