Looks like a worthy site if they had some language choices like most sites in the EU. I see they list doctors who speak English, but doesn’t have a English language filter for the site.
Typical French thinking, sadly.

App is used for Covid testing to travel. It is crazy to think no other languages exist. France makes everyone use this site or app to book appointments but it is not helpful to tourist who speak a foreign language. English is a widely known language so I’m not understanding why no option for English as I’m struggling to make sure my appointments went through.

I had a video appointment one hour ago. Still waiting like an idiot.

Very frustrating for non-French speakers. I be happy with Spanish but that’s not an option either.

Only downloads in French, but they say app is available in English. Moreover, this app should not purport in any way to be for people without French phone numbers. They need to make that clear, because their website, for me, has been repugnant garbage.

Please update to allow the user to select their preferred language in Doctolib .

Doctolib Store indicates English + 3 other languages. There are only three options and none are English.

There’s no English translation. I don’t know where to start, please add this feature.

good interface and easy to use, but what exactly is the point of an app if i still have to log in every time?

Could anyone answer me why I started seeing French interface in one day???
I live in Berlin and even before yesterday used German UI. But today I even don’t know where to switch the language!!!

Doctolib doesn’t allow the format of an American phone number, and now I am at an impasse.

Considering this is an app providing medical connection services it would make sense for there to be an option to choose English as your preferred language. Other than that the process and functionality is quite easy, painless and impressive. Even a forgotten password reset was surprisingly quick and smooth.

This is a fantastic app. Easy to use, so easy to book an appointment (just booked the osteo at 9am on a Sunday!). I also appreciate that it keeps my history so I can easily find the doctor I need and book. I would appreciate a language option but that is really the only area of improvement that I see.

Excellente application: intuitive et simple d’utilisation

Love Doctolib. Makes it easy to stay organized and only takes 20 seconds to schedule with the doctor. Video consults are an added bonus. You can even download a copy of your bill after. Not a “fun” app - but definitely a time saver!

As a foreigner this is a great app. I can find English speaking doctors and book online immediately!

Super easy to use for Germany and doctor offices. Way easier than telephone wait times and solves the issue of booking months out appointments.
