I did everything the instructions said and it still isn't working on my tablet. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled the app but it won't work.
No emails are displaying for today. Yesterday and previous emails are shown, but nothing current. Is there a problem with the program?
Every time a new e-mail notification appears, the new e-mail is in the inbox for a second and then disappears before I can read it. I cannot find it in any other folder after it disappears. Where does it go and why is it doing this. It constantly says I have no e-mails in my inbox when I know there should be.
Own I Phone 8. Have used and enjoyed Edison mail it seems forever. However suddenly (about 1 week ago started) I cannot open email links. I receive all email but if there is a link like for more information the email goes away and I phone blank and then back to Home Screen. Had new battery installed. WiFi good. Everything works on I Phone except The issue described with Edison mail.
My email app on my iPad and iPhone stopped loading new emails today. If I go to Xfinity.net I can log in to my email and my account is receiving new emails. But the app is not. How can I fix this?
My Android email app stopped retrieving emails yesterday. I am receiving emails in my hotmail account and can see them on my computer, but not on my phone. I have updated to the latest version and cleared the app's cache, but it still won't retrieve new messages. The app doesn't indicate that there's a problem.
How do I white list someone? I’m not getting e-receipts from my credit union and they say I need to whit list them.
The edit and select all buttons have disappeared but I can live with that, as there is alternative functionality for this. My main issue is that all my sent emails have appeared in my inbox for some reason and I cannot file them or delete them without them reappearing! This is a big problem. I send an email and it also lands in my inbox. I’m not using the BCC function. I have messaged Edison twice but with no response. So far I’m not impressed.
Looks like Edison mail upgraded. With that “edit” and “select all” have disappeared. These are so needed to manage trash and spam folders. Help. Please.
