Phillips 66 need to provide detailed information on how to use FuelForward so that you may get the cardinal ticket promotion. I have asked three different times for someone at the station to help me. Nobody understands the process. Someone thought they were still handing out theCoupons. I called customer service twice. The last time I called the attendant was rather short with me. And seem to have a hard time understanding that I needed help with this process. So this is the fourth timeMy husband and I have filled up at the station in hopes to get the email so that we can redeem the promotion. We are very frustrated with the level of customer service and support we’ve received. If Phillips 66 and or the Cardinals are not going to make this promotion easy for people to understand it would be better if they didn’t offer it. We can take our business elsewhere. There is a mobile 66 much closer to our house. We purposely come to this Phillips 66 because of the promotion. This is the last time we’re going to try and redeem the promotion. And if it doesn’t work this time we will be calling to cancel our account.

Wanted a gas card for each of my kids to use. That only works at gas stations. Found this one. Got a ridiculously low credit limit. FuelForward constantly messes up. When I look at transactions and then go out of it to look at something else. I try to look again and it won’t let me. Acts like I need to log back in, but when I hit log in, it says you’re already logged in… very odd. Then I get text messages from synchrony bank saying I’m about $60 close to my credit limit. I look at the balance and there’s $35 on it. I would use a different company but unfortunately this is the only one I know of. Wish they would improve.

I am a plumbing contractor, FuelForward and it’s savings makes it a no brained. Saves you 15 cents a gallon when using FuelForward and using the Phillips 66 card as payment. I would have given it a 5 star rating but there are quite a few Phillips 66 stations or convenient stores that don’t take FuelForward for making a purchase at the pump. One C- Store had all the advertisements for FuelForward and didn’t take it. That is a real head ache. Corporate should mandate all Phillips 66 stations and etc should take FuelForward. That being said I really love the ap.

I have been out of town for a while so my first trip back to the Phillips 66 app I had forgotten my password. When I had reset set the password everything went smooth no more digging out my credit cards and forgetting to get my credits. Stick with it

One of the store associates told me about FuelForward one day when I was having issues with my card. I downloaded it and used it for the first time today. You can pay from FuelForward while sitting in your car. It’s very simple and convenient!

Suggestion let customers link their Kroger account that way fuel points can be redeemed for fuel savings other Kroger owned grocery stores accounts can be linked too as well I like FuelForward Thank You

If you have a problem with FuelForward they will not fix it. I have called 7 times just to try and add my card to the payment method to get the 25 cents off and it locked me out for the amount of attempts. Customer service is terrible I even talked to a manager who claimed to have fixed the problem. I tried a whole day later and it still didn’t work. If you get FuelForward I wish you the best of luck because this is just terrible.

FuelForward is pretty easy to use and very convenient. I like that I can log into my account also. My one major suggestion would be to add the ability to set a prepaid amount so that you don’t need to stand at the pump and watch when you don’t want to completely fill up.

Where I live you have to pre pay before getting fuel. I always hated using my card at the pump. FuelForward makes it easy without going thru the 200,500 questions they ask at the pump.

If you are into saving money FuelForward is for you. It’s super easy to use and if you have a Phillips 66 gas station near you it will save you quite a bit of money over the course of a year.

I tried to enter my kickback on FuelForward but it asked for a PIN which I’ve never had or had to use... so I could t add it. I thought I would then simply enter my kickback at the pump but if you do then FuelForward thinks the pump is occupied. So. Ow I have to call to get credit for my purchase. Once I get my kickback set up, this is easy enough to use.. but until then a big hassle

The cashier Cathy at the Phillips 66 on Main Street in DeSoto was an outstanding employee with helping me with my new Phillips 65 app. A very friendly, courteous employee and I will be visiting this location each time for gas and other items.

Download FuelForward …want to use it??? Create an account first…want use a credit card…yeah…please create another account…want to register for Kickback points from our app that you already registered for…yeah go ahead and register again. Other than clueless registration, FuelForward is ok! Don’t GET me started on their crappy Phillips 66 credit card bank…I canceled my cards after registering THERE as well.

Highly recommend getting FuelForward !! Once you get to any pump at any of the Conoco or phillps 66 you can pay at the pump with your phone! It’s the easiest! You automatically get a paper and non paper receipt!!

Works great…once is a while! You may get the advertised discount per gallon or you may not. Could be an issue at the station I guess but none the less very frustrating. Also, since switching over to Synchrony looking up your current balance is way to difficult.

I think the fact that I don’t have to swipe my card. I have gotten it stolen through card readers on several occasions but not anymore.

Super easy to do and no Problems. Would recommend anyone to try this and enjoy the savings. Way to go Philip 66

Have a iPhone and I have a credit card that is set up on my phone all I have to do is approve the transaction but it only give me a 10 cent discount per gallon… why is this…. Didn’t want to set up a credit card on FuelForward

Enjoying the locator and pricing but am only successful in getting 10¢ off despite paying through ap. Also cannot sign up for kickback through ap.

Love the easy way to pay even when I leave my wallet home and the discounts that come with it!

Nice. Let you select the pump and setup payment options before getting out of car! When ready, you just get out with the four number pin from FuelForward and input on to pad. Select grade and you are off and running! Sad thing, when the station WiFi is down! Then you got to go back to looking for your card and worry if the machine had a clone attached!

Finally with Apple Pay integration FuelForward payment works well. Unfortunately, when you go to pump fuel and the diesel overflows all over the ground, any savings you would have gotten by using FuelForward are sloshed upon the floor. It’s too bad because I had started exclusively using Phillips 66 fuel stations because it is significantly cheaper. As for FuelForward , store hours are inaccurate, fuel prices are wrong even though this is the official app, and certain locations don’t tell you all of the services they offer even if they do have them.

I think using FuelForward for two weeks, and I’ve stopped at several different Phillips 66 locations across the country. FuelForward is great when it actually works, but sometimes when you really needed to it just won’t work. It doesn’t give an error or any sort of information as to why it won’t work, it just simply doesn’t do what the buttons should do.

For example I’ll hit pay, pay at pump, and nothing happens. I don’t know why but it’s happened twice at this point.

Opened app to pay for the first time after having spent ~1 hr to figure out how to add Master Pass and Touch ID just a few days prior. App said it logged me out for my protection. Then for the life of me wouldn’t let me log in, never asked for finger print. I couldn’t remember which email i had used let alone the password. Spent 5 min in front of the pump tapping at my phone trying all sorts of combinations. The bells and whistles would be ok if FuelForward actually worked *when needed*. Moreover, what’s the point in reinventing a less functional version of Apple Pay?

Just moved to the Kansas City area and Phillips 66 is usually where I fill up. Wanted to start using FuelForward both because they’re offering .15 a gallon off through FuelForward and for safety, as card skimmers on pumps are a big problem. Set up a Visa Checkout account but no matter what I do it says there’s a problem adding that account to FuelForward . Can’t create a Masterpass account as they’re not accepting new accounts. So I tried adding a checking account and it errors there too. For the love of god just add Apple Pay already. Contacted FuelForward help, submitted screenshots and requested info and never heard back. Just giving up.

Originally I was looking forward to using FuelForward—after all, Philips 66 is offering 15¢ per gallon savings for using FuelForward to buy gasoline. HOWEVER, there is a “catch.” You may link it to a Phillips card, a MasterPass MasterCard, a Chase card, OR your bank (account) card. I don’t need/want a MasterPass card or a Chase card. And there is no way that I am going to link my bank card to FuelForward. I was hoping I could use an existing credit card; I do not have a MasterPass or a Chase card.

Additionally, FuelForward is just downright cumbersome and complicated to use. I deleted it from my iPhone.

Due to software apparently picking up old phone numbers that I haven’t had for several years, I had to contact tech support to get the setup security-code sent to my current phone number. Once past that hurdle, FuelForward has worked flawlessly and I’m enjoying the price reduction, too, for using FuelForward to pay at the pump.

When I first got FuelForward it had lots problems but I kept calling and writing to app services and we finally figure me out they needed to up my daily fuel rate amount and once they did that I haven’t had any issues. No longer have to worry about holding recipes or losing my card info at a pump from scammers. Plus you get .10 off a gallon, reward points and just Incase you leave your wallet at home you can still get fuel!

I pull up to a pump and it says, “pump is unavailable at this time.” So I try it again, still doesn’t work.

So I move to another pump and it says I made too many requests and I need to wait a few minutes. Well, I’ve been sitting here for 7 minutes and as I’m typing this, it still isn’t letting me pay for the fuel.

When it does work, the discount is nice and it’s easy to use, but it works half the time.

Would not let me enter my Phillips 66 Card info till I was at the gas station trying to use it to pay at the pump. The killer of it I had full access to the account at least the account balance. Then it seems I have to type in my login every time since it would not let me use my Apple Touch ID. I finally got the card info in but could not pay at the pump but I could not finish that till I got home since my credit card had the numbers worn off to the point they were unreadable. So I am not sure they were saved.

FuelForward is working a lot better most of the time in comparison to a few months ago when it failed to work most of the time. There are still times when one arrives at a gas station, and FuelForward is not working, which is frustrating. When it does work, it is a breeze.

At first the GPS addresses were off on most stations we stopped at but it seems to be better now. Also FuelForward is working better. At first it would freeze on me and I had to delete and reload. I haven’t had to do that for a while. Yes! Love the savings!

Doesn't have anything to do with the cell signal. On a full 5 bars sometimes it just spins. The people that work at the Phillips station are useless. Manager has never even seen FuelForward . While the discount is active I'll continue to use it but once that expires FuelForward gets deleted

FuelForward is really handy. I do wish I could use my cards to pay, not just my checking account, as I do not have a Phillips 66 card.
Otherwise, the only other issues I’ve had are with one station, I CANNOT get gas there. It approves my transaction, but won’t start fueling. I tried on two separate occasions 3 different pumps each time.
