My Phillips 66 app has been a nightmare! Not at all user friendly also if trying to connect the P66 credit Card with the app. It's always something different with it! Have yet to ever get to pay at pump with it, always a different reason - no stations within area, must be connected to internet (which I was), doesn't recognize pump, please create a new password, logins don't work, etc. etc. etc.! -no extra discounts as promised or contest entries. No contest entries 5 times- it said I did not have a qualifying purchase (8 gal?) - I fill up everytime from 12 - 16 gallons. It prompted me to continually re-enter a new password as it never recogonized my account. Countless time at the pump trying to re-enter same info over & over was as frustrating as it was mentally exhausting! I called, finally got someone, and they said wait 48 hrs it could be a problem with the app (lol) and they will try and fix it - in the meantime, they benefitted 5 fill-ups while I have spent countless frustrating HOURS at home and AT THE PUMP trying to get something to work! I use mostly one station that is recognized as a qualifying station. It sure takes my P66 Synchrony credit card though (29.99% interest) - between the two, I'm considering reaching out to see if a class action suit is in order. It appears that more than just the app issue is at stake here at this point. I'm certainly not the only one getting the sham here! I have read countless reviews of people not getting what is advertised due to ridiculous amount of hoops to jump through, app failures, etc. --if it even works at all. Anyone else in for a class action? No company should be this irresponsible with their customer's time & money whether intentional or just negligent.
