- No calendar feature to view upcoming school events

- Limited functionality for PE classes, cannot take attendance and adjust grades simultaneously

- Messaging feature is difficult to use and messages may not send or be received

- Login issues for some users

- Cannot create new assignments or use messaging feature on the app

- Mail feature is frustrating and mixes inbox and sent mail

- Lack of I/O Messenger feature and inability to text through the app

- App is not available in landscape mode and lacks certain features available on the desktop version.

To resolve IO Classroom network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the IO Classroom App
1. On android, goto Settings » IO Classroom » click [Force Stop]

Clear IO Classroom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » IO Classroom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart IO Classroom.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click IO Classroom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto IO Classroom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch IO Classroom
