The messaging is not a good setup. It is difficult to find messages sent for record keeping. For example, I sent a message and it shows in sent mail, but I can’t read it or open it. It doesn’t show in the inbox or thread but I can see the beginning in sent. I am not sure if the parent got it or not. Parents have also been complaining they sent a message but it didn’t send. Another parent said she got 20 message sent failure but wasn’t sending any messages.

My daughter is new to IOClassroom and as a mom I am as well. However, I created a user and password but can not log in for whatever reason. So if you can guide me that would be great, thank you. As I followed the sheet that was send home with my daughter but unable to succeed. Great day!

Nice to be able to see grades during class to follow up with students.

Would love to be able to click on the students’s name to see their progress in my class more easily so I can have a conversion with a student on-the-spot and SHOW them their grades without violating other students’ confidentiality.

The most recent version of io has a problem with its password function. It started with me selecting the new face recognition option. Now my password will not work. I reset it. And it works once. Then it will not work. I emailed their tech people and they did not help, replying about checking my junk mIl box for new password notices- not the issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PASSWORD ISSUE io! Until they do, stay away from IOClassroom - if you can.

IO classroom needs to hire some competent coders because it’s completely ridiculous that I cannot log into IOClassroom with my correct login information. After changing my password multiple times, deleting and reinstalling IOClassroom , etc, it still won’t let me access my grade book with IOClassroom. The online system is great and I love that you can now import grades from Google Classroom... But they need to fix IOClassroom.

Reset my password like 10 times because it kept saying my credentials weren’t correct - turns out it wasn’t me but rather IOClassroom just being complete trash. I say this because I was able to log into the actual website with each reset password if I did it from a computer. So much for mobile convenience.

For your basic grade book needs it’s okay, but there are two issues that make IOClassroom mediocre. First, I can’t create new assignments because the categories that were created and show up on a computer aren’t there. Second, the messaging feature isn’t present.

I filled out a ticket and received a response one Week later and still no solution
Why is there no solution to fix this issue. This is a great teacher tool.

IOClassroom is horrible. Emails are never recieved on-time (though I get them via web browser), time stamps are off and there is no way to change this. Not to mention any other feature is clunky and time consuming. I end up using a web browser even from phone. Deleting this

io was down last week. I thought I had entered wrong password so I changed it. On my phone, a prompt shows up telling me I have the wrong password when I try to sign into my phone. It works in my desktop as does the updated password. This is not the first time this has happened. Please fix.

The mail portion of IOClassroom is so frustrating. It mixes the inbox and sent mail so every time I respond to a student it shows up as a new message in my inbox. Please fix!!!
Many times it will not open my messages.

IOClassroom, though it is useful to certain extent, it has no calendar tabs. Calendar tabs are needed to avoid going to the website just to look for upcoming school events.

The best feature to add, but is lacking, is I/O Messenger. I dislike the fact that I have to go on my laptop and log onto the desktop version to view parent responses from my I/O Messenger texts. Why can’t IOClassroom notify me of a reply and why can’t I text via IOClassroom ? Get this done.

After several attempts of resetting my password, I realized IOClassroom itself is the issue. Please fix!! I used to be able to have my grade book in my pocket. Now, I have to sit down at a computer or look for a laptop when in the school building.

Whatever it’s lacking, I’m grateful that I can put assignments and grades into my phone & read/write emails. I have 407 students and it helps me get things done on the fly.

I love using Skedula as it helps teachers tremendously. I would like to see IOClassroom in landscape as well as portrait and use the seating arrangements that we saved on the main site for both attendance and grade book so we can quickly mark both. I would also like to see the overall individual student attendance show lateness and excused absences for my individual class instead of school attendance. I would still like to create assignments from the iPad version as we always have our iPads on us and don't always have access to a desktop. I would like to have the option of using the full grade book so I can add multiple assignments for one individual without having to leave a current assignment. And lastly I would like it to save our email addresses so we don't have to type it in every time.

can’t log in with the CORRECT password on the iPad. Trust me folks, you didn’t forget your password, it just won’t work on your iPhone or iPad. I did so many password resets thinking I was stupid. The website browser works though!

I think it’s a good app, and I’d like to use it in the gym for my PE class, but I can’t take attendance and adjust the grade for students having uniforms at the same time making it time consuming for PE class.

… now even if I put in the new password right, it won’t let me log in. I know it’s IOClassroom that’s faulty because I can log in no problem on a laptop

Says password is invalid months after I changed when the whole website was hacked.

Every day, multiple times per day, IOClassroom freezes, and I have to restart my phone during class while I am taking attendance. IOClassroom is extremely unreliable

1. Why can’t I see real-time period attendance for my students?
2. Where’s the data-lite version? My school doesn’t pay my cell phone bill! No pics please. Just text.

I am 100% confident I have the correct log in information yet I am unable to log on. Completely useless.

The skedula does not work neither on my phone nor on my iPad it always tells me to download pupil path and when I do it says server not found.

Never works

While I am incredibly grateful for this "update" since now it actually allows me to see my students, it continues to tell me that I have notifications. IOClassroom doesn't allow me to check my messages but yet has 3 consistent notifications. I logged out and it still showed those notifications. I deleted IOClassroom and downloaded it again and it still has those notifications. I would love to have access to my messages on my phone but having notifications with no access to them is annoying.
