Broken new version

The most recent version of io has a problem with its password function. It started with me selecting the new face recognition option. Now my password will not work. I reset it. And it works once. Then it will not work. I emailed their tech people and they did not help, replying about checking my junk mIl box for new password notices- not the issue. PLEASE FIX THIS PASSWORD ISSUE io! Until they do, stay away from this app - if you can.

IO classroom needs to hire some competent coders because it’s completely ridiculous that I cannot log into this app with my correct login information. After changing my password multiple times, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc, it still won’t let me access my grade book with this app. The online system is great and I love that you can now import grades from Google Classroom... But they need to fix this app.
Can’t even login anymore

Reset my password like 10 times because it kept saying my credentials weren’t correct - turns out it wasn’t me but rather the app just being complete trash. I say this because I was able to log into the actual website with each reset password if I did it from a computer. So much for mobile convenience.
