Terrible Customer Service

I donโ€™t have the time or energy to go into the list of things wrong. Suffice it to say the photos are not color accurate, they have no sample cards, and their suggestion is to buy one of everything to see what fits your needs. Better off ordering from amazon!

Lots to see

The phone app was oddโ€”I put a couple ribbons in my cart several times before they stuck. Also, they couldnโ€™t say how soon they would be able to ship itโ€”wish they could say.
