Not only should we support them through happinessproject, but also following them on social media and recommending them. You never know whos life can be saved or changed because of an app like this.

i just wanted to say how wonderful happinessproject is. it’s not just your basic shopping/promoting app! it is a calm and safe space that i could scroll through for hours. my favorite parts are the hub, check-in, breathe. all three sections make me immediately feel better about whatever i am feeling. i also love the direct links and numbers of hotlines. it is a very helpful and thoughtful feature.
there is also some really cute and calming wallpapers, which is fun. my favorite one says “you did the best you could today, and that is good enough.” i really needed to hear that today, so thank you.

I’ve followed Happiness Project for a while, and I have loved it all since the beginning. The clothing is great! I’ve purchased a shirt and hope to buy a sweatshirt in the near future. Most importantly, the great support you get from the ease of access to mental health resources, is amazing. I’m so glad happinessproject was created, it definitely is my new favorite app! I greatly recommend!🤍🤍

It’s got tons of great resources for people struggling with their mental health like guided breathing exercises, positive affirmations for daily emotions, great advice, outlets to tons of resources and hotlines, and much much more! This is the perfect app for anyone to get their day started and KEEP it positive day in and day out :)

happinessproject is so so cute and well designed and not only does it have all the merch in one place but it gives great support I just wish there was different forums within it so we can talk with other people.
