I'll admit it was silly curiosity that got me to download CarlsJrMéxico, after reading countless 1-star reviews about it. Lol! I just HAD to see it for myself! Anyway, yeah, CarlsJrMéxico is in Spanish and since I don't read Spanish CarlsJrMéxico is completely useless for me. It fascinates me that as popular and wealthy as Carl's Jr is they don't fix this issue. Surely they've read all these terrible reviews so are aware there's a major problem with it!? Oh well, it aint my bank account suffering, sooo. Anyway, I've deleted CarlsJrMéxico and simply don't go to Carl's anymore. Buh bye, Carl's. 🤣

Spanish only. How can I order if it only shows stores in Mexico? The example was in English. The others are for other languages. But what about English to order in the US?

Even though I’m one of the few lucky ones who understands Español. CarlsJrMéxico was made for Carl’s jrs in tijuana Mexico. So either way it’s impossible to place an order in the US.

CarlsJrMéxico seems to be for Carl’s Jr. in Mexico and, well, I’m not there. It’s all in Spanish which I could navigate with my pigeon Spanish but all the information doesn’t seem to apply to US locations. That’s a bit problematic.

They killed the old app where I had thousands of points and now I can’t use this one either. I love the restaurants but it doesn’t look like the feeling is mutual when it come to loyalty rewards or promotions. One would have thought you guys cared.

The brand meant something different than this. It was better before. Even the Carl Sr. Campagin was better than this. So much for being inclusive. More like exclusive.

Ok.. can you explain to me why you do not have English on your app?? This has to be one of the worst apps ever! Can’t navigate it because I can’t even read it

It’s nice that Carl’s Jr. has two apps one that appears to be an English and one that appears to be in Spanish. But when you download both apps they are both in Spanish not English.

I agree with so many others here. It is frustrating that before you load CarlsJrMéxico it appears in English. Yet when you install it, it appears in Spanish.

I really like carol’s Jr meals. I am looking for a
app I think is for full function of the site. To I cannot fend a full function site. What I have found is no answers. Maybe a new developer is needed.
I only read English. I expect that on my app

Where is CarlsJrMéxico in English? Does Carl’s Jr. only want Spanish speaking folks? Is this an effort to discriminate against those of us speak English in the USA? I was insulted by no version in English, but Spanish or Asian speakers both have app versions. Please think of you patrons!

CarlsJrMéxico is stuck in Spanish and I don’t know why. Even in CarlsJrMéxico Store, the description is in Spanish. I don’t mind accessibility, but it needs navigational improvement to reach what they are trying to achieve.

It says you get 30% off but you need to be pretty fluent in Spanish to use CarlsJrMéxico . My Spanish is limited to high school classes I took like a million years ago. CarlsJrMéxico needs to give me a translator!

First off CarlsJrMéxico does not let you order from Carl’s Jr. fast food restaurants in the US and CarlsJrMéxico is only in Spanish so your in luck if you live where CarlsJrMéxico works and know Spanish if not you’re screwed out of luck

Wanted to go to Carl's, literally sitting in the parking lot downloading CarlsJrMéxico to see what they have to offer. Figured a coupon would be worth navigating some problems with CarlsJrMéxico , which I expected based on the reviews. CarlsJrMéxico is entirely in Spanish, never gave me an option and I don't speak Spanish. Guess I am going to McDonalds.

Hey genius. Your app is in Spanish and it doesn’t allow you to select a language. Maybe you should take a page out of McDonald’s and burger kind and have special offers in your app. Oh and can you make them in English? Deleted this awful app.

Your Application Is by far the worst ever, even worse then Wendys, which actually takes some effort. Why is there no english language on your website.
You mine as well just close all of your stores and file for bankruptcy protection.

Whenever I go to Carl‘s, I have trouble because the person taking my order doesn’t speak English. So, I figured, I’ll get CarlsJrMéxico , and let that do my ordering for me.

Unfortunately, CarlsJrMéxico suffers from the same problem that the in-store employees do! People who live in the US and speak English are apparently unwelcome as customers.

Guess I’m going to McDonald’s.

The prior app was decent but this one is plagued with problems. Makes me wonder if they cut corners on the food as well and I just can’t see it. Given the trend for using mobile devices to order fast food, putting out such a horrible app is a significant indictment on the brand and a slam to customer loyalty. If you can’t operate in the 21st century, maybe you shouldn’t stay open. Waste of time and frustrating.
