My dad suggested MobiMoney to me because he said I could use it to turn on or off my card and I went to go set it up but I accidentally put in something wrong 2 times and it locked my card so we called Tyndall to get it unlocked but they said they couldn’t see anything about my card like I hadn’t even put in any information about my card but I did and they said they couldn’t see anything so after it was unlocked we tried to go insert my card information but when I put in my card number it said “Sorry but this registration has been declined please call the number below”. And we called it and it took us right back to Tyndall and they said the same thing again that they couldn’t see anything about my card so we told them that we’re trying to put in the card information but it won’t let us so we were put with someone my dad knows who could help us so she helped us ( Also before this we tried to call the number on MobiMoney where it says contact us and it says their hours are from 9 to 5 and while we were doing this it was clearly around 3 or 4 but it went to voicemail saying please call Tyndall so Tyndall clearly was more of help to us then MobiMoney was) so she helped us my card was fully unlocked and I could use it but I’m still not able to put my card information in I guess I’m just going to have to make sure I don’t lose my card because MobiMoney is garbage and I totally realize now why this has a 2.7 review.

After downloading I was able to use it for ATM withdrawals. Everything seemed fine than I received a cancelation notice from my insurance company. After research I realized that I activated the insurance plan with the very card I activated through MobiMoney and it was blocking the transaction. Although I thought I enabled and disabled certain aspects correctly. Apparently not. After almost 4 hours talking to branch associates and customer service (all very nice and helpful) they either never heard of MobiMoney , or couldn’t help me solve the issue. Revered me to ‘watch the instructional videos’. In the end they found out that I could delete MobiMoney and all info would revert back to before MobiMoney was installed. But not without giving insurance company routing/account number to process policy. When developing an app please talk to your employees. They will be the ones getting the irate customer phone calls, not you the developer. Also teach them how to use and trouble shoot problems again they are the ones receiving the phone calls.

Worked great until my debit card had to be replaced due to fraud. I’ve tried everything to add/replace my main card with no luck. I’ve even tried to register a new account and get error messages. I really liked MobiMoney when it actually worked - but due to high recurrence of card replacements, it’s frustrating when MobiMoney just isn’t doing what it should. I’ll update my review when there is an update or solution.

Every time I want to use MobiMoney I have to delete it and redownload it. I’ve taken it to my bank and they tried to login for me and the this app app keeps not opening so whenever I try to access it again, I delete and redownload. I’ve restarted my phone and it’s not that. All my other apps and everything on my phone works. I recently got this iPhone 13 so it’s a new phone. It’s MobiMoney that isn’t working.

MobiMoney worked well for about the first month that I had it - it was a great supplement for my bank app, which has limited capability. Soon after, though, the ability to sign in with face recognition (for iPhone X) quit working; and, although the balances were always accurate, it stopped showing debit card charges. The customer service department with my bank didn’t know how to fix it, they simply said, “we’ve had other complaints, we’ll submit the complaint.”

It works it’s unclear and always drops my enabled touch log in but my established email and password are foreign and unrecognizable. Changing your password is difficult and calling the help line was futile. They couldn’t help. Somehow someone was able to get my credit card information and use my card to buy merchandise and get away with it this app seemed like the quick solution to preventing this from happening but it hasn’t been that at all. I am very disappointed in MobiMoney. I don’t recommend it.

When I first got MobiMoney I really liked it. I enjoyed having my transaction show up so I knew exactly what was going on with my card. Now I get transactions that show up that are not showing up on my account Or I don’t get any kind of notification about transactions. Very inconsistent. Not reliable at all. I have even called places checking on transactions MobiMoney says we’re made that do not show up anywhere else. Plan to tell the bank this is not a good app and request they look into something else.

Not only can I NOT see how much money is in my bank, someone stole my card and is spending it in another state and there is no way to report it outside of bank hours.

The only thing you can do is see *SOME* of the transactions that happen, and *MAYBE* be able to see a fraction of the information necessary.

It is absolutely thee worst application I have ever seen and it is depressing to think that video games have a better banking system than actual banks.

I love MobiMoney, it really helps us keep track of all transactions and balances until it just automatically froze, it’s not showing available balance or money spent on the cards, not previous transactions, and NO alerts at all! And that’s what I loved so much about it, was it would always alert me when a transaction is being made or posted to my account!😔 please fix it, this is one of the best app to keep track of all accounts! I’ve had MobiMoney for quite sometime now and normally it would tell me my balance,last transaction and what not,but since oct2019 came in it’s been just saying 0.00 knowing I have money but doesn’t show my balance anymore! And when I purchase it dosent send me a notification like it used to and I have an iphone8 PLEASE PLEASE FIX! MobiMoney is great helps alot with not having to go the ATM & just being able to manage everything within the palm of your hands! Thanks

I’ve had MobiMoney since last year and it worked out great. But now we come to October of 2021 only to find out that my transactions are frozen. It is still showing the same amount I have in my account and I don’t know how much money I have left now. Please fix this problem please. I don’t wanna have to find a different app

MobiMoney itself works and does its job fine. There definitely could be things fix and the layout looks a bit outdated but besides that it serves its purpose. My biggest issue with it is that Touch ID doesn’t seem to work. I have it turned on in MobiMoney but it never pops up. I constantly have to put my information in. Which would usually be fine but whenever I make a purchase I want to be able to check quickly.

It’s cool, but it’s annoying when it freezes up, & you can’t access your card because it’s turned off, it seems to happen about every month, then you have to download it again..smh, that’s my only issue.

I really love the real time notifications and the ability to temporarily turn my card off if I’ve misplaced it. My biggest complaint is that the balances in the accounts don’t always update. I’ve had the same available balance for the last week, but when I check my Account through the credit union the balance is MUCH less! To the tune of around 600 bucks. This could get people in trouble if they are only looking at mobi money and not keeping track.

I have tried to sign up my Visa card, which worked because I got the notification from my bank, however whenever I launch MobiMoney , I receive a notification that says “unable to retrieve the card you registered with this account.” I have tried numerous times and the same issue occurs. I have called my bank and they tell me that my information does not show up on their system. Still unable to gain access up to now.

Takes a while to learn what all the settings are for but can make changes on the fly. Set limits, locations, types of merchants and turn my card off if needed. Works great on my iPhone. It's separate from my Banks OLB but that is fine. Still know balance and spending.

Love MobiMoney and I love how I’m able to keep track of how much money I currently have, until MobiMoney started having issues subtracting the money I currently have after using my card, needs another update like soon. :(

There are many features that come with MobiMoney I like. For instance, it keeps track of my monthly spending and notifies me when my card is being used, which is very helpful for automatic payments that are being debited monthly. I was also able set a certain limit for my card so that it’s notifies me when I get to low in my account. I would recommend downloading this app.

MobiMoney does not keep up with my transactions which is fine because I can use my apps that are provided from each individual financial institute for that. WHAT MobiMoney DOES DO is it allows you to TURN YOUR CARDS OFF LIKE A LIGHT SWITCH WHEN NOT in Use And On when I want to use the card. The whole reason I wanted MobiMoney is to be in control of when my cards are activated so MobiMoney does it’s job!

Honestly I don’t know why MobiMoney has such a low rating. I use it to turn my car on or off. It tells me when something is pending comes or tried to come through. I don’t use it to check my balance. I obviously have my normal banking app for that. I literally use it to just turn the card on or off to prevent fraud. It’s what it’s meant for. You shouldn’t rely on MobiMoney to tell you your balance. Obviously it’s this app is not your bank
