Great support!

I've worked with a lot of third party contract services and have had exceptional, average and terrible experiences. On one particular project I did (and am currently still doing) through Merchandiser, my rep, Randy, is the biggest reason I continue working with this company. You're not gonna get rich doing these projects but it's a great way to supplement your income. The problem is that a lot of these services that contract out offer little to no support and sometimes take forever to approve completed projects or will even not approve them with no explanation or response to your inquiries about it. More times than not, it's pretty frustrating. But Randy has restored my faith! I've done close to 70 assignments with him now and he is ALWAYS quick to respond to me and offers solutions and words of encouragement consistently. Every issue I've encountered he has provided me with immediate resolve. Truly, a supportive rep like this makes a person WANT to produce. And his professional and friendly demeanor is outstanding and makes everything seem just "better." Merchandiser - you most certainly have a gem here and no doubt, he is quite an asset to your company. I enjoy working with Randy and look forward to many more projects in the future.

Nice app for extra $$$

Nice app to make extra $$$. There are various projects ranging from products audit (counting and photos) in the grocery store to demoing various products which can pay up to $80. So if you want to earn some extra dollars to pay for a nice gadget or meal this would be a perfect fit. It’s not something to use to pay your rent. They need better explanation in a FAQ for any reimbursements. They have improved this process and don’t require you to fork over hundreds of your own money anymore. If it’s a large buyout they may ask one to do it in multiple small buyouts and they will issue message that reimbursement was approved. It’s a tricky situation if you have to pay out of your own pocket for old products and then get reimbursed later. They have support online to assist with any problems and even to issue you “routes” so that you can localize the audit visits. Lastly there are usually quite a few gigs to do versus Easyshift or Gigwalk , it’s competitorsz

Fairly good!

There is both good and bad. I enjoy doing small talks like auditing and merchandising for the stores, most of them are fairly easy and pay pretty well. I’ve completed two audits that took me 20minutes and got $5 for each which is pretty good for the time and effort I spent. I’ve also done one audit task which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, personally. The audit was for Walmart or Target, you choose, and pays $25. I would say the worst part is that it asked to do merchandising for about 5end caps sections of the store which is roughly half of the actual store. It claims the time it should take is up to 90 minutes but it took me 2.5hours, due to the fact that you need to take pictures from three angles, record isle location and scan each SKU’s. Some end caps had up to 100 schillings.. It also drains your battery since you’ll be using your camera for hours. I wouldn’t recommend doing those, rather start with short low paying tasks.
