Don't get too far in the hole with these people, you won't get paid.

These people are low down and full of crap. They treat you like scum and don't pay you for your time or work, after doing over a thousand jobs I went through all my work because I kept records of it and they shorted me over 4 grand. When I mentioned something about it, they fired me and told me I was black listed. I worked 16 hrs a day 7 days a week for 10 months straight no days off for these ppl and to be treated like that and be ripped off is bull crap, not to mention when I asked to speak to a higher up they told me no im not an employee there and hung up

I've been doing audits for quite some time now. It's been great receiving the funds. I was aware of their payment procedure. It takes 6-10 business days, depending on when I complete a visit. So now I'm encountering issues. Normally if there are issues with the assignment, they return it for me to look at. This time I was rejected with one. I made many attempts to communicate with the coordinator of the team or even the manager in charge of the project. NO RESPONSE and NO COMMUNICATION at all. Very disappointed. Now I get why a lot of people complained about the app. You work just as hard, but when you need help, you won't get the same in return this time.

I am having issues with the companies they assign me to. I filed a discrimination complaint through this company without resolution and I haven't received any response from them.

they are automatically uploading assignments ahead of the deadline they set. they say if you start a job and dont enter in information within a certain period of time they upload the job as it is. I told them that's not how deadlines work. I should have until that specified time given for the deadline to finish the work it doesnt matter if I hit start and then sit there for 2 weeks as long as it's done before deadline I shouldnt be losing work . they said it's because it was close to deadline. I had to repeat myself all day I'm still arguing with them now. and by close to deadline is a stretch as I am having jobs being forcefully uploaded without my consent waayyyyyy before deadline I'm talking like 20 hours before deadline. they dont honor the deadlines they themselves set. I said it works both ways. I cant submit work after a deadline but also means they shouldnt take away work before that deadline. they expect me to comply when they wont comply themselves. i asked what rule i broke .or what term of the job did i not follow and its been back and forth all day and I'm still waiting for the answer to that question. also they dont read comments. I clearly said the cooler I was suppose to photograph is not in store currently due to remodeling I said so in the comments and photographed the cooler area showing construction and remodeling I had my work rejected and they said I didnt take pictures of the cooler... yeah...been at this all day with these people.. so i repeated what i said already i was told i needed to say all this in the comments of the assignment. even with doing that in the first place I again repeated myself and said I did do that then another person jumps in and says I need to go back and photograph the entire store I said fine but for the record that's not what was asked for me to do they asked me to photograph the cooler after I already said it's gone. photograph a missing cooler is different from please photograph the entire store. I said I just want it understood I have done what has been asked of me and broke no rules and they just keep beating around the bush and cant answer me when I ask what I did wrong and wont admit that it's wrong for them to take work away prior to deadlines they set and still they give me bs answers that dont answer my question of what I did wrong. I said if you want the work earlier set a earlier deadline. you dont set a deadline and steal my job from me prior to that deadline and say you did it because I didnt finish quick enough and then I ask how could that be possible le for me to not finish quick enough when it's well before deadline ?! it's been a rough day let's leave it at that

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE SCAMMERS

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a place of employment. I went to a local Publix of mine to complete a photo audit and was doomed from the start. First of all, I was provided zero examples of how to take the photos and so I took them the best way that I knew how according to the task prompts. I even took extra shots just in case that a few others didn’t match their criteria. Well, after doubling the completion time (30 minutes) and a lot of effort, I had submitted the assignment which had come back denied. Apparently, I hadn’t taken photos at the proper angle or exact shelf length even though I literally went WORD FOR WORD on each question. Then, went haggling with several profiles (no chance at an actual person), all I was told was that it wasn’t good enough and that I only had 2 days to resume and ‘better’ the assignment. After pleading to simply be paid the measly $9 for my time and effort, I was turned away once again and given a fat “ol’ well.” Finally, I get a random text that my payment was FINALLY accepted after threatening to call the Better Business Bureau. Only kicker is...my account had been closed! Lolll without any notice or warning and MIND YOU, this was my very FIRST event without any prior instruction or assistance. This company is a joke and if you know what’s good for you, you won’t waste any time of yours like I unfortunately did mine.

Not worth the frustration

I’ve been a reliable “contractor” for about 9 months and have lost count of how many times I have been screwed over by the scheduling agents. They do not follow any ethical standards and don’t apologize for their atrocious business practices. They will assign a job to multiple people (unknowingly to us) and you have to hope you’re the first one to complete it because they’ll cancel the job for everyone else saying it has been completed. Even if you’ve driven hours to get there. You can be the first to request a job, accept the offer you received in the messages, then hear absolutely nothing or get assigned. That’s because they sent the offer to multiple people and assigned it to someone else. There is no courtesy and they will nickle and dime your payments. I’ve “clocked in” at a certain time and they refused to pay me starting then, only starting my time according to the time stamp on one of the photos, which was taken after setup and retrieving materials from the back room. They won’t tell you they’ve docked your pay or give you any explanation unless you catch it yourself and question it. Even then, good luck getting a response. It’s too bad since there is potential for a great app/company here. It’s not worth the increase in my blood pressure to deal with these people.

Not worth it

I tried this for a while, and most of the jobs just simply aren’t worth it on their own. They have you trying to sell stuff, going into the stock rooms, having conversations with managers… All for five - 10 bucks? Sometimes more… sometimes less. But after travel, gas, and time spent… you’re getting raked. Then they take a fee from your little bounty when you cash out. I recently decided to delete and leave this app after a bad experience I had with a job I had taken three different stores to place coupons. I spent about a half an hour in each store plus travel time, and bounty was $7.50 each. I had other jobs for other apps which made it worth it for the route. All three were not approved and I was given a day or so to return to each store and “fix” the (made-up) issue. The problem is, they were asking me to look for one of the listed products (out of a handful of items) that was not in the store. I couldn’t find it in the store, it was not available on the app at that store, and my final step to to ask staff who confirmed staff wasn’t there! But, for some reason I was supposed to waste my time going back to the stores to take a second look? They got their coupons placed, I got shafted. Shady bunch.
