unable to login to ecobee.com to check status. ecobee is not seeing weather

some warning email came about my heat warning set for 79 and if i start the ios app it briefly shows the temp screen and then a pop up empty splash comes up over it and a wheel spins forever and the app must be swiped up and killed. letting the screen stay does not remove the blocked view. fix this crap. there should be NO screen blocking anything, if there is a warning then make an icon on the screen for that. nothing is more important than being able to access controls!!!
