Very hard/impossible to set up

Once I set up an account I can't seem to retrieve it so I wondered if it hung up in the process. Using another email account I was able to create a new account but when I went to complete it, it REQUIRES me select a paid version or I can't continue.

Mostly missing the mark

It takes multiple attempts to get it done only to be notified later that the documents are rejected. Difficult to work with passports with lamination due to glare. The service is unreliable as well with code “green dragon” .. whatever it means. DigidentityWallet quality needs to improve a lot to be useful.

Dead on arrival. This update breaks DigidentityWallet preventing me (and others) from using secure sites to validate online identities.

When it tells you to take a picture of the side of your head the camera button disappears and I could figure out how to get the second picture

Takes ages to get the sms code to log in. Retype email address at every turn. DigidentityWallet tells you to “open DigidentityWallet ”! I wanted to check my Gov pension, I’ll likely be retired before DigidentityWallet sends me another confirmation code. Deleted DigidentityWallet after wasting 2 hours.
