- Shortcuts doesn't recognize some installed apps, such as Drafts 4

- Development seems to be slow, with only one minor feature update in the past 10 months

- Limited functionality, with some simple tasks missing from built-in apps, such as returning information about a route in Maps.

To resolve Shortcuts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Shortcuts App
1. On android, goto Settings » Shortcuts » click [Force Stop]

Clear Shortcuts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Shortcuts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Shortcuts.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Shortcuts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Shortcuts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Shortcuts
