Why JOOX app in my car not working?

When I open my joox app on my iPhone a weird sort of song starts playing by itself even when I didn’t do anything and it sometimes just comes up while I’m a listening to a song. I’m not sure where it’s coming from or what to do cause I can’t use the app when it’s like this.
