Why JOOX app in my car not working?

When I open my joox app on my iPhone a weird sort of song starts playing by itself even when I didn’t do anything and it sometimes just comes up while I’m a listening to a song. I’m not sure where it’s coming from or what to do cause I can’t use the app when it’s like this.

Close and restart the JOOX Music app on iPhone
Update JOOX Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall JOOX Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix JOOX Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve JOOX Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

1. On android, goto Settings » JOOX Music » click [Force Stop]

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » JOOX Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart JOOX Music.

Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]

Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
