I initially loved Joox so much that I gave it 5 stars unfortunately I'm so disappointed now that I'm changing it to 1 star if it was possible it would have been 0.since VIP became optional it just went very bad I've started to subscribed to VIP from 25 March 2021 as part of my Dstv account enjoyed it for about 8 days and now it's been deactivated.this is the 4th email I'm writing to you and I've called Dstv to confirm that the VIP status is showing by them and it is and they have escalated it to Joox as well but up till now I've had no response from your support team,very very disappointing😢😢👎👎😠😠

Useless app

-lyrics with many wrong spellings - the app doesn’t know which new songs are being produced. ( you have to wait like 2 days to listen to them on the app. ) -When the new songs become popular, the app make them unavailable for users who don’t buy the premium of the app( even if you have already downloaded them. ) - Sometimes, you can listen to the popular songs but not download them. What’s worse is that you can’t even listen to the popular songs. You can only search them on the app usually. In summary, I’m so upset with this app.

What?!

So I read a lot of reviews and they were all saying it was a great app, well it’s not! I signed up and everything was in English. Then I chose English as the language and I went to go look for music but it just kept telling me that the app didn’t work with my country?! What?! That really annoys me because I don’t understand why the language would be English and it wouldn’t work in my country! I live in the US! They really need to step up their game, I was very excited because it had such great reviews. This was a huge let down👎🏼

Very dissapointed with the customer support

I’ve a long time using this app, but there is an issue while purchasing DTS Effect the purchase is successful but I can not use that feature. It get stuck on processing payment loading although I already charged. When I’m trying to contact support, they are slowly to respond untill I sent email for three times. Need to wait 3 days to reach them. Even they responding my email, they are not friendly enaugh, so disappointed with their way to reach customer.
