Recent updates have made karaoke effects worse , which used to be awesome.. (Maybe) because of the recent updates which is said that for users' experiences, to those who sing Karaoke on Joox can't blend songs' melody and singing vocals. For example, in DEEP effect, it seems like we're singing in a pot with our head in it and in SOUL effect , the reverb they put seems we're singing in Valley .. In a nutshell, it's gonna be so much better if we get the old effects back or if the effects improved that can sound better-blending with songs' melodies. Thank you !

I used to love JOOXMusic! I recommended it to all my friends, saying it was the best free music app out there. However, one day I kept on getting kicked out of JOOXMusic when I tried to search up songs. After upgrading JOOXMusic , nearly every single song became a VIP song. This makes it very complicated to listen to the songs I want and I can’t even fast forward or rewind on songs anymore. It’s extremely inconvenient and is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. However, it does have most songs but if you want a seamless experience you would have to pay.

It’s been the greatest MP3 music browser and downloader. Also includes offline mode. Some particular songs need VIP membership or you could access 24-hour VIP membership by sharing a song on a social media. I personally it’s worth doing so. I really love it.

Yet, the problem is when you press a song to listen, it could just open up some other song in your playlist. You can’t either press the back button. For example if I wanna play the song again, I can’t do it. The playing time is so sensitive to forward the song a bit and back. You enter a song and change the shuffle button to repeat the playlist. But it doesn’t work. It’s sickening.

And JOOXMusic needs more songs like according to genres.

Hope you’re going to fix that bug.

-lyrics with many wrong spellings
- JOOXMusic doesn’t know which new songs are being produced. ( you have to wait like 2 days to listen to them on JOOXMusic . )
-When the new songs become popular, JOOXMusic make them unavailable for users who don’t buy the premium of JOOXMusic ( even if you have already downloaded them. )
- Sometimes, you can listen to the popular songs but not download them. What’s worse is that you can’t even listen to the popular songs. You can only search them on JOOXMusic usually.
In summary, I’m so upset with JOOXMusic.

This is far the best music app I have ever used. Usually if I download free music apps it is not the original song but this one u can customize,hear free songs and have fun singing! The only prob is that there is a expiration date and I don't think I'll use it for too long...sadly. I recommend it to my mother and she is having a lot of fun using JOOXMusic! I love u will try to remove the expiration date and thank you for this wonderful app!! 😃😊

I love JOOXMusic but every time I try to get on it I will just say loading and to check my Wi-Fi connection but it’s always on the only Time it will be working correctly is when I read download it and open it the first time and then when I get off and try to go back on it will just say loading or check Wi-Fi connection please fix this problem

I really hate the fact that you guys removed the sharing for VIP function. I downloaded JOOXMusic because I can download music for free. So I can listen to music offline. But since you guys removed the function it’s been so inconvenient for me to listen to music offline. I really hope you could bring this back.

I’m using iPhone and synchronizing my music library with iPhone cost me a little bit of my time. Now I’m using JOOX, it’s very convenient and can get any song any times especially mm songs. JOOX cover almost every mm song in their music library. I wish JOOX can make a contribution to all the mm songs, artists, album in near future, I hope and I wish.

Because most USA music apps are blocked abroad, I was so happy when I found JOOX. I live JOOXMusic and am a VIP member to have the benefits of no adds and all unlocked songs. A great mix of international and Thai music. I like that they have playlist and radio channels to listen to. You can make your own playlist as well. Nothing bad to say!

I love JOOXMusic it’s just something really annoying and frustrating is that every time I open it when I just downloaded it it’s new then later it says no internet when my internet is just fine then I have to download it again and repeat which is just very weird

So I read a lot of reviews and they were all saying it was a great app, well it’s not! I signed up and everything was in English. Then I chose English as the language and I went to go look for music but it just kept telling me that JOOXMusic didn’t work with my country?! What?! That really annoys me because I don’t understand why the language would be English and it wouldn’t work in my country! I live in the US! They really need to step up their game, I was very excited because it had such great reviews. This was a huge let down👎🏼

There are so many choices for songs especially even newly updated songs can be found here,, this application is so awesome and l felt so happy to join here cause I got so much difficult for listening songs before this bloomed up, thx u and keep it up!! Download!! What a speed😱😍 Cool!!

Can listen to up-to-date music.
A range of genre are available including local hits. Can get 24-hour free vip by sharing a song on social media but there is a problem that the-vip sometimes not activated by one share, but still it’s okay , can get free vip on 2nd share!

The user experience is not very good, even with vip there’s way too many pop ups and adverts, especially when launching JOOXMusic .

On launch, when all you want to do is play your saved playlist, it defaults to “discovery” tab, so you then have to switch to “me” then find your playlist, and that’s after you’ve been disoriented by the pop ups.

The functionally is great, but just wish it could be simpler and more user friendly.

I’ve a long time using JOOXMusic, but there is an issue while purchasing DTS Effect the purchase is successful but I can not use that feature. It get stuck on processing payment loading although I already charged. When I’m trying to contact support, they are slowly to respond untill I sent email for three times. Need to wait 3 days to reach them. Even they responding my email, they are not friendly enaugh, so disappointed with their way to reach customer.

I’ve used many music streaming apps but by far this is the best! JOOX is always on when I’m in the car. I hope to see an app for the AppleTV and Apple Watch as well. I would probably never turn JOOX off if I could play on my AppleTV and Watch too!

They have lots of song but not kpop songs.
Like latest album. I think it will better when they put more kpop song. Right now BTS just released a new album and I couldn’t find it. But when Blackpink released a new album I can find it easily

I like joox so much . Best Myanmar music application i’ve ever used . I suggest developer of Joox music application for ipad version. Now i’m using iphone version in my ipad. If u make for ipad version i will be very appreciate to Joox’s developer and i will give you five star rating. Thanks u so much 😊

JOOX is one of music steaming apps within doesn’t even have much song on their steam ,and you have to subscribe weekly or month to listen to some VIP song within not worthy. To be listen to the song or artist you liked have to be specific type with correct every letter to be found. The worst thing is karaoke the instrument and the backing track is very bad.

JOOX app wasn’t really a good app to use after I downloaded it and tried for a couple months. I cant found many old music songs and a quantity of modern music on JOOXMusic. Furthermore, JOOX app is owned by one of the family members of the military community and some creations about the activism have been cancelled on this platform so we can’t fully enjoy in all kinds of music. Ultimately, this is the worst music app I have ever used !!!!

For me JOOX is super useful especially a country like Myanmar. You can browse any song from all over the world (including Myanmar songs). And the beautiful thing is you can download anything you like and listen offline. And lastly ... their playlist late cute.

I asked for the lyrics of a song and I waited for a week...and no lyrics was given!!I searched for a Chinese song...unfortunately...I couldn't find it and so I wrote a feedback (song name, album name, artist) and waited for 5 days...but the song,too, wasn't available!!

It the second time am using and still not disappointed, music is easy to search and download...I know that feature soon disappears other than that it’s a cool app to have if you a radio head or someone who love good sound.

JOOXMusic doesn’t seem user friendly in many ways; mostly because it is difficult to navigate. Most recently I added a playlist to my liked songs and now I can’t figure out how to remove songs I don’t like. Maybe I’m overlooking something obvious or it just isn’t an option.
