SINCE EARLY IN JUNE MY POWER HAS BLINKED OFF AND THEN ON 7 TIMES. THIS HAPPENS AROUND 2 OR 5 IN THE AM. THIS VERY CONCERNING. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CHECK THE METER OR TRANSFORMER SO THAT CAN BE ELIMINANTED OR RESOLVED. THANK YOU BRENSON HOWELL.

Close and restart the Alabama Power app on iPhone
Update Alabama Power app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alabama Power iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alabama Power on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alabama Power network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Alabama Power Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Alabama Power not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Alabama Power App
1. On android, goto Settings » Alabama Power » click [Force Stop]

Update Alabama Power to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alabama Power App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Alabama Power » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Alabama Power.

Fix Alabama Power unable to contact server/ Alabama Power internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Alabama Power » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Alabama Power » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
