Why do y’all even offer this app. It is totally useless. A company as big as Alabama Power should be ashamed to own such a unprofessional app. You shouldn’t have to remember your account number every time, it never remembers method of payment and never allows me to set up checking account therefore I have to pay the retarded $2.25 inconvenience fee. Would someone at Alabama Power please take time and make this app useable like everyone else in the world does.

App does not make paying your bill any quicker than having to log in on the computer. I still had to enter all my billing and payment information, even though the app already had my acct #. It gives you a view if your bill, and if you pay online you already get that in an email! Apps are created to make thing easier, this app isn’t worth it!!

This app is nothing more than a copy/paste of their mobile website, except with the app, you’re much more likely to get repeated Session Timeout errors despite doing everything in a minute or less per page of info. I have no idea why this only happens in the app, but it makes paying bills nearly impossible. I’d recommend just bookmarking their website in your browser.
