I am trying to unlock all content in the Nick jr app on my child’s tablet and keep getting the message “something has gone wrong. please try again”

To resolve Nick Jr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Nick Jr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nick Jr » click [Force Stop]

Clear Nick Jr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nick Jr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nick Jr.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nick Jr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nick Jr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Nick Jr
