We just installed the Famisafe Jr app on my son's iPhone and when he woke up this morning he noticed that the phone stopped charging. We took the app off the phone and it immediately began charging again. It is my understanding that I can get my money back within the first seven days, is that correct? Clearly my son's phone needs to be able to recharge each night.

Hi Technical problem clarified. successfully Installed parent app on my android phone. When we are installing Jr famisafe app on the ipad and the following occurs: 1. Installed famisafe JR app on chlds device 2. Installed profile 3. Agreed all allow boxes 4. Then we go back and enter the famisafe jr app 5. Agreed allow app management 6. Then the screen goes blank/White 7. Most of the app then disappear To get her apps she uses such as procreate to work we selected age 18 Please can you help as we have been trying for at least a week and a half corresponding woth your customer support team Many thanks Sally

I’m having trouble installing famisafe jr on iPhone ,it won’t connect to VPN and I tired every way to uninstall it from my child’s phone and won’t work. Please help

Is connecting to the vpn to allow the use of apps. It turned them all off at 10 but this morning at 7 he is not allowed to get them back
