How to fix Bixo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bixo app on iPhone
Update Bixo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bixo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bixo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bixo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Bixo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bixo app issues:

Force Stop the Bixo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bixo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bixo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bixo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bixo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bixo.

Fix Bixo unable to contact server/ Bixo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bixo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bixo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bixo on android.
