This application is for users of the Windows based ServiceDesk software by Rossware Inc. You can use SDMobile as a technician to view your route from this app, submit PVRs, have customers sign their invoices then have them sent directly to them, initiate robocalls, send and receive SDMail, and run CC transactions right in the field!

Sd mobile

Love the app.. Everything seems to flow properly on the app.. The only thing that is giving me issues is adding or updating the model and serial numbers.. I use the iPhone 6s plus and found the Google keyboard makes it act wonky but the standard keyboard seems to work properly.

Great App

Would love better on android:) ...anyhow since the new update certain parts in the app you can’t see like for instance on the iPhone X in the scheduling section you cannot see everything the job count counter you cannot see it nor can you scroll down. Please fix and thank you

Pretty good

It works really good for appliance service. One change I would suggest is to get rid of the idea that every job will be complete on the first visit. Those days are long gone! When I send a completed invoice to a client, it doesn’t include the first “ticket” information which included all diagnostic efforts. Sending 2 tickets, one at diagnosis and one at completion, seems a bit strange. Techs end up just saying “replaced part”, and not re-entering diagnostic information on the second ticket, which doesn’t do much good when I'm trying to figure out someone else’s prior repair efforts. When I return to install an ordered part, it should be a continuation of the first ticket, not the beginning of a new ticket, and the PDF sent to the client should include all comments from the first visit. I would also love to see a list button on the Job List tab that would give me a simple listing of all parts I should make sure to have with me for the day. This would be limited to the pre-ID and ordered parts on each ticket for that day. This way, I wouldn’t have to go through each individual ticket to see the parts. The list should include part number, last name, and ticket number. Very simple addition to the app that would make each morning a little easier and all day a little smoother. There should also be a specific field for an apartment number. Putting it in the main address field makes map services unable to find the location.
