Don’t waste your money I paid for this and it never let me long in. About 10 of us downloaded and paid for this at a competition and it worked for like two people at a time constantly tried to recharge people including me. Absolute garbage!

It’s great for pre-event information. I purchased the premium package for an event that was supposed to provide live tracking, but DanceCompGenieEvents was not updated throughout the event. Was told by the event organizers it’s not their fault, DanceCompGenieEvents is to blame.

I have had nothing but issues with DanceCompGenieEvents . Theres no sound when the critiques play. I have a newer iPhone, and I can’t get the sound to work. It wouldn’t update at the event. I paid for a feature I couldn’t use. I’m very disappointed in DanceCompGenieEvents.

DanceCompGenieEvents may work for a first session dance and awards. Forget it after that. There is much as 2 hour difference between DanceCompGenieEvents and actual competition. Paying the premium for up to date routine status and results is a joke!!!!!

Works well to disclose events within a selected geographic area. Well made and informative app.

Very disappointed in DanceCompGenieEvents. I was of the understanding this showed schedules and let you follow along so you knew if they were running ahead of schedule or behind. All I get is event locations. Big deal 👎🏼

Why are we being asked to pay again? Last year I paid the extra to get the “my routines” feature. This year it is asking me to pay another $5.99?? Not cool Dance Genie.

I attempted to sign up for DanceCompGenieEvents and it informed me I was not able to sign up for another 15.5 hours as the daily member quota of 250 has been reached. Seriously?!?!?! By the time I can sign up most of her competition is over!!!

DanceCompGenieEvents does not work more often than it does work. Very poor quality control. The concept is great, but it’s not ready for prime time.

It kept saying the email is invalid... But you can't scroll up or down to make corrections in sign up screen.

Take lessons from some of the other competitions on how to make a usable app to actually follow a competition. Rainbow/KAR come to mind as good examples.

Very unorganized, no communication. App is useless. Does not show correct or current routines. Ridiculous!!

Disappointed I have to pay $5 to vote. No thanks.

Times (including the competition start time) were completely off, which made it worthless. Since DanceCompGenieEvents charges you for each competition, it was a total waste of $5.

DanceCompGenieEvents was pretty good for keeping track of routines on stage. I did notice a bit of a delay with the current routine on stage showing up correctly on app. Also, the audience choice only allowed you to vote once;
Whereas, it was said you were allowed to vote once per award ceremony. All in all a good app and with improvements it will be even better. Also it would be great to add a "note field " feature where you could "note" what adjudication or place a number received.

It worked great at home and I was on wi-fi and we didn't need to leave extra early 'just in case' they were not running on schedule. Once we got to the competition it wouldn't update and it finally notified me that my daughter 'was on in ten min' about 90 minutes after she danced. I doubt I'll spend the money again on an event.

I know that a lot of competitions will be using DanceCompGenieEvents this season. We're going to a couple. Tired of buying program book after program book.

Finally a great app to keep track of competitions from your phone! This was super helpful in keeping track of everything over the weekend and love the photos!
