I used to love playing this game. It was challenging, but fun. Now they have added snakes that occupy Prime pieces to every level and it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to try to play each game. Even as I rush to swipe to use a special jewel or special icon, the game will not let me swipe. Instead it waits so that a snake can jump on top of each special playing piece so that it can’t be used. Having snakes once in a while on a few levels would be OK, but now they have been on every level. I understand that you want players to keep making purchases to continue a game, which I have done all along. But that gets old very quickly when one’s ability to play the game is immediately thwarted by the snakes, even though I had just purchased more special pieces to use. I am just about ready to delete this game from my iPhone. I am disgusted with seeing snakes on every level and being frustrated trying to play instead of having fun!!😫

I have always enjoyed this game. But twice now I have had to reinstall it. It starts getting glitches such as cuts off , freezes up, Makes me play a video two or three times before it will give me whatever bonus. Sometimes it doesn’t give me the bonuses etc. etc. etc. this just goes on and on and on. I love your new look. But my game has gotten worse! I do not want to have to reinstall and start all over again. Looking to replace it with something else at this point. This is the second review I have written. Apparently nobody read the first one! This is or should I say has been one of my most favorite games. But even I am out of patience. Fix it or I’ll just go find something else and totally uninstall it. I don’t care anymore. I would’ve given this rating a zero except I had to push at least one star. Where use to I would’ve rated it 5+. Yes I have done the updates, yes I have upgraded phones. Don’t ask me the simple stupid little quickfix questions. If you respond at all. Thank you for your attention!!! And please respond. You have no idea how happy that would make me to know that somebody somewhere sees this review...

Purchased the starter pack and it did not give an ADDITIONAL 150 gold coins as promised, but nearly an accumulative amount of 150 gold coins, therefor in actuality only received 90 gold coins for the starter pack purchase-Consumer Fraud!

Going to message developer for refund. If do not receive refund or lost 60 coins, will be talking with BBB and credit card company to file a complaint of blatant Consumer Fraud, along with bait & switch practices.

Also, it would be nice if one receives a bonus for unlimited lives, that the recipient be able to save the unlimited lives time frame for later on when one really needs such a reward. Have seen this option available in many other Match 3 games that have been played & reviewed, so one knows that it is indeed an available option.

If the developer could refund or credit the 60 coins lost, the game rating would be gladly raised to 4 stars. Moreover, if the developer makes the saving of bonus timed unlimited lives awards possible to save for later-on use, the Match 3 would actually given a 5+ rating, for as it has the potential to become mind soothing, relatable, and quite fun to play in actuality. In other words, addictive! Although we are not sure if the KamenRider Review Team [KRRT] will get any follow-up/response or consideration from the developer...

I played this game up till level 875 because it was fun at first. I thought if I played it enough, I would be able to master it. Here is my advice. Don’t play this game if you think you’re going to become proficient at eventually beating it. The game is rigged to where you can only truly win when it lets you. Yes, there are a few simple tricks that help you do well on easier levels, but the game is mostly designed to make you pay them money for coins etc to get to levels. The spinning wheel stops where it wants to, no matter how you try to time it or maneuver it to stop at the prize you desire. If you’re looking to play a game that requires skill and smarts, go elsewhere. This game is for taking your money. And if you buy helps and they don’t work or show up, customer service is not going to help you.

I remember playing this game a couple years ago & really liking it, so I decided to try it again. Honestly, I don’t understand the point of the butterflies; they don’t grab the gold when I need it to. I’ve played other bejeweled-type games with a move similar to the butterflies, and they actually get the items you need to beat the level, unlike in this game. Also, am I unable to get 3 stars if I don’t beat the level on the first try? If so, that’s really dumb & annoying. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like moving on to the next level unless I get all 3 stars, & I swear when I played this game years ago, as long as I had 5-8 moves left (can’t really remember), I would get all the stars. Ehh, I’d rather play other similar games that actually do the things that I’m “complaining” about that this game doesn’t :/ .

I’ve been playing this for a few years. I was stuck on a level for a few months. I had given up and stopped playing, and I finally tried one more time and spent over a week in the daily spinner, and ended up passing. It does get annoying because I have spent a lot of money on this game, and finally stopped spending money because it was almost like cheating. What’s the point in playing a game if you’re going to pay money to pass to the next level. If it stays hard- I will delete GeniesGems and find other games to play. This is a fun little game, but the levels need to be changed completely being they are all kind of the same in different stages- which gets boring after awhile when you can’t pass a level.

Good as far as the match 3 games go. However. There are far too many levels that start with only a few movable gems on the board. This wouldn’t be a problem as they are clearly designed to allow you to make a few matches that will break blocks or chains and fill up the board within a few moves. Except that doesn’t work when you’ve won 5 or 6 levels in a row and are starting the level with a bunch of boosters, plus any other boosts you happen to have from various other prizes that get automatically added to the board at the beginning. The result is that nothing works the way it’s supposed to and you lose the level after one move because there are no possible movable combinations. It’s happened several times but right now I’m stuck on level 643 and there is no possible way to progress because even though I’ve lost the level repeatedly (after only one move) and therefore lost those boosts, it’s still adding two rainbow gems automatically (I’m not sure why) which makes the level unplayable. I could be wrong, but I don’t think boosts in these kinds of games are supposed to make them MORE difficult. Fix this.

I’ve played this game for years... it’s a fun pastime but in need of improvements. Now there are ads between every game!!! That’s so annoying. You can exit out of the game then open it back to avoid the same ads. I’ve seen the FAT disappear way too many times. It’s disgusting. Also I’ve had the game malfunction causing me to delete and reload. This caused me to lose all progress. At one time I was on Facebook so it saved the level I was on. A few years ago I deleted my Facebook page (wow, wasn’t I ahead of the rest of the world on that one? Wake up people and get off that crap) the next time I deleted the game all progress was lost so I started back at level 1. I was at level 4000+. The game gives lots of incentives but from time to time those incentives just aren’t available. You try to use them and it says ‘sorry there is a problem’. Guess I shouldn’t complain. I’ve never spent $.01 on the game and still play it. It’s fun, requires a little skill and passes the time. I would hate to see how many hours of my life have been spent moving the gems around.

The power-ups you get when you match a certain number of the same jewels don’t have the same effect they used to have. When you match 4 of the same jewels and appears the one that clears a line (horizontally or vertically) it doesn’t actually clear much and this also can happen when you match it with the bright stone (?); it’s supposed to be this big clearing effect, but now it’s just normal. What I’m trying to say is that it’s supposed to be a hand (or as it’s written in the description: a power-up), but it’s not that helpful. Having said that, this game is really good and I think the genie, the fox and the paws are really original. I’m just a bit upset about the power-ups, but I still play it and it’s really good.

I never give reviews if it’s not a five start but I have to say...
I’m proudly up to level 807 in this fun game. I like it because it’s challenging however they are VERY CHEAP with gifts. I find that you have to do too much to get a simple power up that doesn’t even help you on the difficult boards that much. Other games like Candy Crush, Panda Pop, Words with Friends and even Toon Blast all seem more generous in giving help when it’s needed and for that reason I only give these cheap creators a 3star. Also, I paid $1.99 for some power ups and NEVER RECEIVED THEM although the money was taken from my account. I stopped payment with my creditor and it was fine. Never pay for anything with these guys. I reported and never heard back from anyone. This was months ago! Because of This it seems like they’re a scam company. But overall, The game is fun and challenging. Just don’t buy anything and your fine🙏🏾

I give this game a 5 up until it kicked me off! Game loads then when click on the level I'm on it kicks me off? I spent at lest 40 bux on this game since I started..I'd like to continue! It's not on my end..plz fix so I can get my genie moving forward. Thanks!
I went back to see if it was working only to move forward 2 levels then it kicked me out of the game..look as far as by reading the reviews it's not the people play it and there computers that's the problem but it's on your end!! Seriously! If you want people to play your game or games you gotta keep them happy! I'm sure like me there are a few that spent time and money playing this game!! So last time I'm asking..fix your game plz! If it's not fixed I'll just delete and you won't get anymore of my money! That's a fact Jack!!

I have been playing this game for a couple of years. I don’t mind winning time I can’t use, it’s not that big a deal...irritating, but not something that’s a problem. I like having 5 lives, it makes me stop playing and do life stuff. Often there are levels that take me weeks to months to earn three stars. It’s just the way I play. Updates, however, can be frustrating. Not sure if my iPad Air is the only one with this trouble, but I can’t open and play this game after the latest one. GeniesGems tries to open and shuts down before the black opening screen vanishes. I open from being online and the same thing happens. I have rebooted more than once. I guess the loss means I need to do chores. But, I will keep trying to access the game!

I really enjoyed this game. Spent many hours playing it. Then it became so hard that I couldn’t pass a level without buying something to help me pass. It got to the point I was spending $6 or $7 every-time I played. Well I finally gave up and quit playing for about 6 months. I would try every once in a while but i couldn’t move forward with it. Finally the other day I tried and I passed a level. I would get stuck but not forever. I don’t know if the game has been changed but I enjoy playing it again. I’m having fun with it again and I’m glad I tried it again.

I love this game but I agree with the previous review. I often win an hour or two and lose them because I don’t have the time to play it out. It would be great for if you could add a figure by which players could save their won time or any portion of for an extended period of time. I don’t have the complaint that he has about the credits but I certainly understand the frustration. Players of this game are obviously competitive and winning is important as well as receiving earned credits. I hope you will consider what had been said in these reviews or what is the point of asking for them.

By the mere fact that I made it to Level 1748 indicates that I must really like this game. However, I was having a difficult time passing this Level that I finally broke down and spent 4.99 to purchase the coins in the piggy bank just so that I could get off this level. After using the coins to purchase more moves, I was finally able to win Level 1748, but the game crashed while the fox did his little happy dance, and did not advance me to the next level.

While I’m aware that there may be system glitches from time to time, it certainly did not feel good to think that I have been swindled out of money just so that I could win a level that did not advance to the next level. I have reached out to issue my complaint! Hopefully my request to be reimbursed for either my money or the coins or advanced up one level will be honored.

I’ve played and loved this game for a few years. The thanks I get is cheated on extra 5 moves I buy you never get 5. You get cut off 1 short of winning!! They just cut you off!! . Now I’m getting Kicked Out of GeniesGems in the middle of play and at the worst times!! It’s making it impossible to play a game that was my Favsrite!!! Most Frustrating! And A Pretty Poor Excuse!! Just bought an Hour of play and didn’t get Credited!! These things Keep happening more and more. I’m not getting credits where I should. I see this is happening with other people and NO help from Customer Service !! This is SO frustrating and takes All the joy out of playing this game and I’m at almost level 1400 . And not the first time up!! I’m sick of being Cheated and Controlled !!! This shouldn’t be allowed!! And I have put money into these little extra because they put you in a position where you lose a level for SO long you are cornered like one move to win but you Have to buy 5 moves to keep from losing the chance to finally pass the level!! I give !!
Careful of this trap!!! Things are good at first

April 2022: after latest update, app no longer orientates to landscape. App is full of gimmicks making game play minimal.
3 years ago: After downloading the update from March 14th. Game opens and plays as normal.
Rotation issue fixed-thank you. Would have increased to 5stars, however, after installing the latest update on March 9th, 2019, game launches in background but will not allow me to play. It just goes back into background.
Game loads and runs ok on iPad. Graphics don't seem as sharp as other SGN games. Three stars because game doesn't change its orientation, which means I can't play this game whilst charging my iPad.

First of all, I'm on level 2138 so I've been playing for awhile with no issues until the last update (5/3/18). At first it would just freeze and I wasn't able to make moves and had to quit the game, losing my lives in the process. When I contacted support, they said to check for updates, unlink from facebook and shut down my phone.. Power on and reconnect with facebook. That issue wasn't resolved. Today I try to see if the issue is ongoing and it's now somehow worse. It's so glitchy I can't stand it! The animation and responsiveness are terribly delayed. I give up until they fix it. Too bad since its my favorite game. 😣

UPDATE: Everything seems to be working fine again. No freezing and no glitchiness. Not sure how it got fixed but I'm sure glad it did!

I absolutely love this game!!! I play it every single day all day!!! I had an issue with getting a package I purchased but after 2 days of waiting for support to reply I finally got credited most of what I paid for. I really really enjoy this game but I will not continue to play it if this continues. I have reached level 589 and had won a chest with 2 hours life and a gilded cross. I already had and 1 1/2 of life remaining when I won the chest but when I clicked on the collect button on the chest it bumped me to having five lives took away my 1 1/2 life and didn’t give me my chest. This is the second time this has happened. Please fix the bugs. I don’t want to give up this game but I’m not going to play and not get my rewards. It makes it very boring and not really worth playing.

I’ve been playing this game for a while. I remember when the multi color use to multiply the paws... long time, what I have found is that the game has certain cheats, like it will freeze when I’m almost finish with a level; and then I have to use a new life. It will still have a butterfly sitting. Oh the butterflies are not good if you have one move and one gold bar because it won’t go there. I have screenshots of the madness. I guess overall I keep playing so it’s addictive but sometimes I stop for weeks because of the cheats so there is a lot of little things that are not right, but how are they to keep you playing huh... I’m on level 2902
