I'm an employee for Home Depot. I have been there almost 5 years. There have been some changes that I wasn't to familiar with. I took a chance with the virtual chatting and I'm so thankful I idid. I just wanted to give Rachel G a shout out and hope she gets recognized for her outstanding job. She was very professional, kind and patient with me. I work in Real and I have to say she answered all of my questions. She defiantly went above and beyond to help me and also gave me phone numbers to get me in the right direction and to make sure all my questions got answered. IncludedHealth is beyond Amazing!
The nice thing about having IncludedHealth , is the thought you can see your main Health coverage, talk to a live agent anytime of the day or night. They can help you with many
Questions with just about anything concerning Doctor visits, Health Coverage , it gives you information about your health screenings, blood labs, test of any kind, prescription listings. These live agents are truly wonderful. I didn’t have to wait on a phone to speak to anyone , it was so helpful to get information so quickly- They take care of all your needs of finding a dentist, doctor, and other physicians needed to take care of your health. They care a lot and I'm so grateful to have the ability to have everything taken care of for me, including visits, prescriptions filled etc, all at a click of a button. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend IncludedHealth. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Makes getting medical care super easy!

This service is offered through my husband’s job in conjunction with his insurance. Makes things so much easier. They find in-plan doctors for you, make appointments for you, listen to your concerns and work to coordinate your care. They are able to obtain and share (with your consent, of course) your medical record with all of your providers. They do all the foot work, you just tell them what your concerns are and what you need and they go on the hunt and come back with a plan ( appointments, doctors, etc.). Even if you don’t really know what you need, they come up with a jumping off point a place to start so that you can make movement toward getting the medical treatment and answers you need. It’s really the service you never knew you needed.

Helpful for insurance billing

I have found grand rounds super helpful for investigating billing issues with my insurance company and for submitting out of network claims. Ideally, insurance claims would be easy to submit and would get processed right, so there wouldn’t be such a need for this service. But the reality is, Grand Rounds saves me several hours a week chasing down issues with my health insurance company. It’s like having a personal assistant dealing with health insurance billing, and I’m very appreciative.

I also used the second opinion service. The actual second opinion was excellent. They struggled to gather my medical records and it took a very long time, so next time I’d do that part myself and just get the second opinion.

I do find their app needs work. It’s very simple/basic and does not fully support the services that they offer. For example, I can’t see the subject line of messages so when I have multiple billing threads open, I have to open each one to see what it is. Likewise with the second opinion service, they didn’t have any technology in IncludedHealth to support their record gathering which made it harder to keep track of what was happening.

Overall though, I hope my company continues to provide me with Grand Rounds. Just their billing help saves me several hours a week, and I’d need to follow up with insurance during business hours instead of working, so it’s a win-win.

Second opinion

Our family is very happy to have found this resource of second opinion.
All staff members are very kind and on point , they are quick to answer any questions,
I had to use them in to separate occasions, for the same situation, and they did not hesitate, to help, yet found me other resources, for our grandsons need “opinion “ I can’t thank them enough . Doctor Desai a very passionate and caring Doctor, that really goes upon and beyond, to help. I thank God for this service and would recommend it with all my heart. Thank you guys for all you do. Great service, app has some minor bugs

Very convenient app. It’s helpful to have policy information close at hand. I use it to track my deductible and health spending account. When I lock my phone, IncludedHealth takes a bit to reopen. Usually I’ll have to kill IncludedHealth and relaunch it for it to load back into the dashboard. Additionally, if I get a push notification and attempt to open IncludedHealth by clicking on the notification, it will load for a long time and sometimes I’ll just need to kill IncludedHealth and relaunch (as with the other issue listed above). The bugs are what made me give it 3 stars.

Devs did a great job on designing IncludedHealth . It’s visually appealing and super easy to navigate. Once the bugs get squashed, it’d be a 5 star app.

Mostly great

My experience has been that the messaging options are easy to use, there are quick responses and that’s the biggest use I’ve gotten out of IncludedHealth. Not sure if this is a Ground Rounds thing or a doctor thing, but when I’ve scheduled virtual/phone appointments with doctors or PAs I have rarely actually gotten a call from anyone. I’ve scheduled probably 6-7 virtual appointments through IncludedHealth and only 1 actually happened. That’s my biggest frustration with it. I’ve used the nurse triage option and that was somewhat helpful. But help with insurance and billing questions via messaging has so far been the best use of IncludedHealth.

Really easy and helpful experience

I just finished a conversation with a care coordinator about a health issue I was starting to become concerned about. I’m 20 years old so I’ve never had to call or schedule any type of consultation or doctor related visits, so I was a little unsure about how it would go. After having a short conversation detailing what I was experiencing I already have a phone call visit in 30 minutes! It was relieving both how quick and easy this was and that I’ll be getting help with my issue. I’ll definitely be using grand rounds in the future.

Hands down AMAZING customer service!!!!

I spoke with Rachel C and let me tell you she was absolutely AMAZING! I had questions that she answered with a ton of knowledge. She really educated me. She even answered questions I didn't even know I had. This was my first time ever contacting this company as my insurance is new to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I was nervous when my husbands company switched insurance providers but Rachel C. made it all worth it. My experience was EPIC. SHE IS A ROCKSTAR and should probably be teaching classes on perfect customer service. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

Great understanding and communication.

IncludedHealth offers such great advice, understanding and communication that you won’t ever want to speak to a medical professional any other way again. They have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me in all types of medical needs from pricing a prescription and making recommendations to finding a better suited doctor for my personal needs.
I would highly recommend this company and their experts just as much as I would from my own doctor!

Very bad if you are a corporate customer

My company provides this service as one of the benefits. And this is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Specially if you are part of this service through as benefit.
I asked them for a physician recommendation with my insurance information attached and stop they got me an appointment with a provider that was not covered through my insurance. I had to pay out of my pocket for annual checkups because they messed it up.
The time when I asked for a dermatologist recommendation they suggested a provider that was not accepting patients for problem I had. When I reported that back to them they outright just refused to accept this.

Do not take this service for your employees if u want to help them as benefits.

Super useful

Any questions about insurance the care team is there to help and are super friendly. They also help to find Drs wether it be primary or specialist in network to help save money at drs visits and it also tracks the amount you’ve spent towards your deductible and out-of-pocket cost. This has made insurance a lot easier for myself, instead of having to call and ask questions I can just pop on grand rounds and everything I need is at my fingertips.

Finally someone Who Cares!

The people at Grand Rounds are so kind and caring and get things done quickly with great compassion. I’ve worked with them for two years and I’ve been overwhelmed with their speed at which try get things done. I’m so tired of never getting a call back from my primary. Can’t get my refills done. I’m ready for a change from my doctor and GR makes it very easy.

Love the telemedicine and finding a specialist

I have had a few telemedicine visits and they have been excellent. My favorite feature though is being able to find the best doctor in a given specialty in my network. I was able to find a pediatric ent for my daughter easily and I feel confident based on Grand Rounds recommendations that I am getting the best possible care for my family.

So far everything is good except one thing

I like IncludedHealth so far, however I wish there was a way to add my ID card to the Apple Wallet. I could do this when I had Anthem Insurance, and it’s nice being able to access the ID card without unlocking my phone. When I go to the doctors, they always want to see the ID card, and I prefer not unlocking my phone before handing it to strangers. Otherwise I haven’t had any issues with IncludedHealth itself.

Grand Rounds

I love Grand Rounds, I heard about it a while ago. One day I decided to see what it was all about, I’m glad I did. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. Understanding your needs, well almost like Psychologist. They also keep in contact, and when you need to send a message to them they will get back so fast. Very Professional.

App does not work and terrible service

App does not work, it crashes. It crashed when I requested to do the appointment and after that I haven’t been able to login. The forgot password option does nothing. I have called the phone service and they are very kind but informal, I was supposed to get a call back from the representative working in my case after waiting for a week, I called and they recommended the physician that is closest to my home which is not good and was the reason to request Grand Rounds service. I wasted a lot of time with IncludedHealth and calling for nothing.

Easy to use/feedback

IncludedHealth has been great to use, everything is easy to find! One small feedback is that there’s not a notification function to alert me when messages are received from the care team. It would be great to add that as a function so I don’t miss important correspondences. Thanks and I hope to see this function released in the future!

Waited 7 hrs for call from clinician and I just tested positive for COVID

Tested positive for COVID in person this morning but the facility won’t treat people until you set up an appointment (next day) so came home and chatted with Grand Rounds. Person was nice said she would get clinician to call me. 7 hours later she called and left voicemail. Worthless app and company for urgent medical needs. But they do give helpful videos and self help support in the form of preventive health and such. But for COVID or strep or injury it’s go to emergency room and don’t waste your time with IncludedHealth. Better to just sit down at emergency room

Excellent support and advice

I contacted Grand Rounds to obtain a second opinion on a medical condition. They were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and responsive. I was amazed at how prompt they were to get to work on my case. What a fabulous resource. My one suggestion is that they improve their app to work in landscape mode on the phone and iPad. Otherwise IncludedHealth is very user friendly.

Much better than I expected

Forced to go through Grand Rounds process or lose $1000 by insurance/employer rules, so started reluctantly.

Best integration of technology and personal support I have ever seen. Staff members were quick to keep me updated on progress leading toward the Expert Opinion, working with me and with my doctor.

The Expert Opinion was written as if the doctor were speaking to me in his office. His summary of my records was on target and his explanations of his recommendations and the reasoning behind them were direct and easily understood. My feeling was that he was giving the advice he would want if he were me.

Great idea. Poor execution

I love the idea of this service. Unfortunately it has not delivered due to slow and problematic scheduling and poor communication.

I literally am on week 3 of trying to schedule and appointment with the doctor that I found the referral for. I have spent more time going through the Grand Rounds team than if I had just called them no provider and made the appointment myself.

I have asked the team to escalate my case and provide an update but realistically I’m not sure what they can really do at this stage.

Ended up scheduling myself (took 5 minutes). Very disappointing follow up and poor performance.

There is no point in using a service that takes so long to go the one thing they are supposed to do.

Very buggy on iPhone X

IncludedHealth does not let me click on anything except the messages. On the main screen it just loads forever saying “Let’s find the right care for you”. Please fix this.

Can’t use the app!!!

Whenever I try to look up doctors it says “sorry not able to provide a recommendation right now because of a error in our system. Also doesn’t let me look at my plan.

I miss the old app. They pretend to help you but they don’t do much, I think is because they hear my foreign accent. They don’t give you options unlike the other app my insurance was using.

LANDSCAPE SUPPORT?

Its a good app in almost all respects but one. There does not appear to be support for landscape mode on the iOS platform. That seems like a particularly strange omission given that this type of app WOULD benefit from iOS users being able to use their keyboards to enter the long strings of text that are commonly called for. With attached keyboards like those provided by Apple and 3rd party vendors, usage of the keyboard necessitates the device being in a landscape orientation. Nobody caught that? Maybe this has already been realized and landscape support is coming soon. I hope so because I was enjoying using IncludedHealth on my iPad pro up until I switched to landscape to use my keyboard to fill in case information... and IncludedHealth didn't rotate for landscape use. It's a great app, but it won't be 5-star worthy until that basic functionality is provided.

The future of health care

Within hours of opening IncludedHealth, I had a personal care coordinator contact me to set up an appointment with a leading doctor in my area. They really took the time to understand my concerns, and did all the hard work for me, I just had to show up! I've never had an experience like that before... I couldn't recommend more highly!

Fast access to high quality medical care - awesome app!

When I switched jobs and got new health insurance, my old doctor was no longer in plan. Grand Rounds hooked me up with a high quality primary care doctor with great credentials. They even booked my appointment and forwarded my medical records. Such a seamless process! And with IncludedHealth , I can access Grand Rounds from anywhere with ease. 5 stars.
