They rescheduled my pick up 3 times and the drop off twice, so far. Luckily I just left items with a doorman and didn’t have to be home for their pick up. I will not use their service again. There are more dry cleaning services out there with better pricing and, surprisingly TIMELY!

Positives:
- tech behind platform is great, user friendly
- have only lost clothes twice, were able to recover them once I contacted you

Negatives:
- bad at actually cleaning clothes
- never remove stains from armpits/collars/cuffs for wash/press service. I am able to remove these stains, just requires time, some research, and repeated tries
- dry cleaning service is terrible. I send my high value items to a better dry cleaner. I recently sent you something less valuable for dry cleaning due to convenience and the end result was terrible. The jumper had pilled balls on it (should be removed) and came back with lint/hair pieces on it. Some dried milk was still in the inside of the collar. This is easily removed. Clearly it was not hand checked. I can provide photos, if you would like. There’s no point in paying for this.
- when I send something for dry cleaning and ask to remove stains they are never removed. When I send to my other dry cleaners they can remove stains.

The only part of the service that is reliable and overall excellent is pick up and delivery.
The actual laundry is subpar - things often come back still soiled. Whites aren’t kept sufficiently white. The folding is not only often bad but actually sets in creases.
When things get destroyed in the wash, no responsibility is taken and customer service complaints get either no response at all or a rote reply with no actual result or change in service.

My wife and I were staying at The Henry Hotel and they actually recommended this cleaning service. It was a god send. When your on vacation, the last thing you want to do is look for a laundry mat and spend a couple of hours there. This service was fantastic. They picked up our laundry and we got it back the next day, without a problem. If your on vacation in London, I highly recommend using this service. The staff is friendly and professional.

I have been using them for about 7 months and have had no issues. My clothes always come back perfectly clean and folded. They have flexible pick up and drop off which is very convenient - I can arrange around my schedule. It is on the more expensive end but I will always pay for convenience because I really hate doing laundry.

this app service is seamless. Prompt pickup, easy drop off and a very responsive team to address the questions. We will avail of their service on a long term basis.

They come and pick up my laundry whenever I want, they do an excellent job with whatever finicky instructions I give them and they drop it back off within 24 hours. Brilliant service.

We tried a few and this is the best one. My only issue is I wish they could deliver faster than 48 hours, it seems like a one day turnaround should be possible at least sometimes.

Been using this service for about six months. Consistently show up on time and even if I’m not home, they can drop it off in the reception of my building. Always come back clean and the laundry is not scented.

Really helps to offload laundry and keep my space nice. Living in a non-laundry apartment makes it hard to keep up with laundry but this app does a great job with convenient pickup and timely delivery. Quality of laundry is great. App is a little limited in functionality but integrates well with email and they are very responsive if issues occur.

This has been a big help to me and it’s a great service. Top quality.
