Was great the FIRST two times….then downhill from there

The first sudster we had was amazing. She was so thorough, clothes smelled lovely & were separated in such a thoughtful way. We also didn’t receive any one else’s laundry. The third time - things went down hill. The sudster was ok to communicate with - but they mentioned having a *personal assistant* - which wasn’t an issue during communication - but when we received our laundry - we had to travel the next day so we only grabbed what we needed but we quickly started to notice other people’s belongings. I immediately let SudShare know - they did nothing - they never responded. When we came back from vacation we went through the rest of our bags & noticed a lot more clothes, towels, scarves, etc that didn’t belong to us! Reached out to SudShare *again* to address the issue. Nothing. We now have realized items we are missing & we’re wondering who has our belongings. The items clearly weren’t tagged & weren’t separated from other orders - which is “SudShares promise” It’s a shame because we love the service & had 2 good experiences but at this point - without reliable customer service (email only with no response) & with a time limit on when you can claim items are lost - I am now in search of competitors & can’t recommend SudShare since they don’t stand by their work. You also can’t change your rating after a certain period of time which means you can’t go in & block a sudster.

A godsend for busy people

What an amazing solution. I am beyond busy. Between working full time, single mommin and trying to still do things like cook dinner and sleep, laundry takes a backseat. Ok, let’s be honest, it’s in the back of the bus. When I do manage to get some laundry started, it sits in the machine for about a week and takes 3+ spins cuz it’s been sitting. If and when it ever makes it to the dryer, it’s gonna stay there for about as long.
Then I saw this fancy schmancy service that I never thought I would be able to afford. But it’s actually CHEAP! So I packed up all my clothes (‘cept my chonies cuz that’s weird) and sent 2 kitchen trash bags of clothes and hangers. Right after I placed the order a real person text me and told me what time she would be by to grab it. About 24 hours later I got a receipt for $28 and a text saying when it would be back!
Washed, dried, folded, hung, put away in one day as time has never happened for my clothes. They loved it.

Avoid at all costs

This company is a shady, unprofessional, unreliable sham. My first load with them was brought back unclean and sloppily “folded”. They would only offer a credit, not a refund. The second time I tried to use them, my laundry was not picked up at all. They still refused a refund but tried to make me try their service for a THIRD time despite 100% of my experiences with them being absolute disasters. The date they selected wouldn’t have worked for my travel schedule. But they persisted. It’s absurd.

Later, my concierge called and told me that some…person with his pants sagging well below his underwear came to the lobby and said he was “here to pick up somebody’s laundry”. She said that was not quite enough information and asked if he had a name. “Nah”, he said. She asked what company he was with and he said “That don’t matter.” At which point the building manager intervened to explain that in fact it did matter because the concierge keeps records of instructions left by residents and he could look it up by company name or customer/resident name but he couldn’t give clothes to an unidentified person who had neither. The person left. By combing their records my building staff was able to deduce that I was the only person in the building who’d left laundry downstairs and instructions with them, whose laundry had not been picked up. So it was SudShare. Absurd. Beneath me. Done.

Love the Idea, Hate the Execution.

You’re blindly trusting strangers with your personal property. You can get more communication and security with a person buying your groceries through Instacart than you do with people holding hundreds of dollars of your property on Poplin.
If you can get a good SudSter, it’s probably a great experience. However, I did not get that, and there is little protocol to ensure good service. You can only speak to the “Sudster” through the poorly developed “Message” section. My SudSter was kind and somewhat communicative up until the delivery. She ghosted me three times when it came to dropoffs we had scheduled beforehand. I filed with the Support Team and they did very little to ensure I would get my laundry. After two days of waiting for my laundry to be dropped off (not including the actual washing time), I finally got my items back. If the company was more involved (as in the SudSter had to schedule an official pickup/dropoff time within Poplin rather than only through messages), I feel like that could’ve been avoided. There definitely needs to be more done with the communication aspect of Poplin before I would feel comfortable using Poplin again. Otherwise, I would’ve used the service again. For now, it’s getting deleted.

Don’t Use Go To Wash & Fold

Hi Last 2 Occasions Of Using This Service My Last Order Came Back Short And I’m Missing Clothes, Also Upon Delivery By Sudser A Hour Later They Returned And Took Some Of The Bag Of Clothes That Was Delivered To My Porch & Took Them Back Without Any Notice Or Ringing My Door Bell To Let Me Know If It Was Any Mistakes So I’m Assuming Now They Stole My Clothes, 2nd Time Yesterday I Made A Order And The Sudser Claims She Was At My Home And Waited For Response And My Clothes Were Not Out, In Fact I Was Home In My Living Room & I’m A Member Of The Ring/ADT Community Where I Have Cameras And Motion Sensors At My Home So I Know When Someone Pulls Up At My House Or At My Door...SudShare Says It’s Going To Charge Me $10 For Her Not Being Able To Pick Up When In Fact It’s Their Fault I Live In E Section Bowie Where All Street Names Start With E & Their Are 5-7 Houses In My Neighborhood With Same Exact House Number Which Means Either 1 She Never Came Out Or 2 She Was On Wrong Street And Failed To Pat Attention Because If You Had Any Problems Why Not Call Me Or Ring The Door Bell It Makes No Sense I Wouldn’t See Any Message But I’m Sure They Can Ring Door Bell Or Call, & I Have Video Footage Of Her Never Being Here When She Claims To Arrive Or Anytime After….tried the service again once again they ripped me off and stole $30+ from me by over charging me on wrong weight clothes

Not worth it

I used this service twice.
First time I found it very convenient, Poplin is easy to use and the Sudster is communicating pretty good to me. I weighed my laundry at home and it was under 40 lbs. But after everything was washed the same day and delivered, I was billed 60 lbs for $84. They claimed I had 3 fluffy items which was $8 each additional. Then when I unloaded the laundry, I noticed they did not fold the laundry but rather rolled the clothes. Told them to close my account. They compromised and charged me $50 instead and gave me $10 credit for another service.
The following week, I used it again for second chance. This time I took pictures of the weight. They were under 25 lbs. laundry came back the same day. But they did not return my fabric softener. Also they charged me 30 lbs when I weighed the clothes back it was under 25 lbs. Ok that would mean I don’t have to tip my Sudster. As I unload the clothes, I noticed they were damp. I told them about it and told me to return my laundry. Also there was one bed bug in my laundry that crawled out of the bag and there’s a piece of clothing that don’t belong to me.
Needless to say, I will not use this service ever again and I hope you think twice before you do.
I had a very bad experience and I could just imagine what kind of wash they were doing.

Find a better service

Do yourself a favor and never use go use service where the ppl who wash your clothes are actually nice, keep things professional and know how to do their job and where support will actually support you and resolve their issue. From personal experience THIS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE. The Sudster came and picked up my clothes, washed them and then kept altering the time he was going to deliver the clothes, and then never actually delivered them to my address instead he dropped them off at a whole complete different address. When I contacted support they couldn’t get in contact with the Sudster to go get my clothes from the wrong address. It’s been almost 24 hours and they haven’t sent a new Sudster to retrieve the laundry like they said they were. They also said they don’t do refunds to the original payment method and that they only will credit your Sudshare account which is not right because I will not be using this horrible service again due to this unprofessional and unorganized experience along with the other unprofessional and unorganized experiences. Please save your time, save your day and save your clothes if you want them. The support team did not help, it’s a waste of time and now my clothes are just gone and money wasted.

The best laundry service!

I’m no stranger to laundry service. I’ve used several other companies and this was the best experience so far. Poplin is slick. My sudster followed all of my requests (I am particular about how my clothes are folded as I store them vertically in boxes, KonMari style). Clothes were fresh and clean. My sudster was very great at communicating and my clothes came back the next day!! Wow! So impressed! And the price is unbeatable (make sure to leave a generous tip for your sudster if possible!!) I love leaving a generous tip, they did an AMAZING job. SudShare is now my go-to laundry service. My best laundry Tip: get your clothes really dirty before throwing in the hamper. See if you can get at least 2 wears out of everything except underwear and socks (although we wear wool socks and get multiple wears out of those, too) We are able to go about 2 weeks between wash days when I’m ruthless and willing to spot clean clothes with a clean rag between wears. Saves so much laundry!!

Laundry picked up at a price I can afford

Sudshare is the service I've been longing for at a price point I can handle. Laundry is my least favorite chore, and while I used to take my dirty clothes to the fluff and fold service at a local laundromat, I soon realized driving to drop off and pick up my clothes was taking away any of the convenience. The pickup and drop-off service is a game changer for me! It's also great that the clothes are returned one day later, so it's not like you're going to be without a crucial piece of clothing for days at a time. Poplin is easy to use and has so much opportunity for customization so your laundry is getting done exactly how you'd do it. The workers at Sudshare are incredibly communicative through Poplin , so you know exactly when they will be arriving for pickup and drop-off, and will even message questions along the way if necessary so things are done just to your liking.

SudShare Had Made My Life So Much Easier

Last year, after the death of my Mom, I moved from our apartment - which had a gloriously big washer and dryer - in to live with my sister. I have a lovely little apartment here with her but the washer and dryer are upstairs. Because of some health issues I can't go up and down stairs right now so once a week my sister would do my laundry (accompanied by my apologies that she had to do it).

When she was going to be away on vacation I realized that I had 2 options: buying tons of extra clothes to wear because I wouldn't be able to have my laundry done for a week (fun but expensive) or trying to find some other option. I used my best friend, Google, and just did a simple search and that's how I found SudShare.

Not only is the service great (all my clothes neatly folded, all the towels nicely rolled up) but it's fast and IMHO very economical. Even now when my sister is back from vacation I still continue to use SudShare and I think the cost is a great investment in my well-being and knowledge that there is a service that can help me live my life more easily.

I've had great people (shoutout to Brook and Chaney) come and pick up/do my laundry and they're both stellar at what they do.

I highly recommend SudShare to any one who wants to save time and have fresh, clean, neatly folded laundry delivered right to your door!

GREAT SERVICE

Great, Clean, Friendly, Reliable service! Moved into new apt no washer and Dyer. Looked this place up online and had 3 washes so far and washing clothes has never been so easier and leaves me without the hassle of folding clothes after! Just download Poplin , place your order and if new they assign you a sudster or previous customer you have the option to pick one of your previous sudsters. Then note how many bags, pick your cleaning agent or provide your own. Click and finish receive a text from your sudster get pickup time and they let you know every step of the way about your clothes. Then they weigh it and text you when on way. Usually mine comes bck the next day which is still alright for me because I don’t have to do it lol. If your looking for a not so expensive, Reliable Clean service that picks up wash and drops back off then this is the place !!!

Never doing my own laundry again!

I used SudShare for this first time this week. I have been working nonstop with no days off for a long time now so the laundry was piling up. Doing laundry is already my least favorite chore, and it is the last thing I want to do when I get off work! So this was the best thing I’ve ever used. The person who did my laundry picked it up after an hour of submitting my order, then all my laundry was back the next afternoon. So fast! She was also very good at communicating with me on pick up/drop off time, so my clothes didn’t have to sit outside for long. My favorite thing is that they actually fold all the clothes and sort them! Like actually sort the socks, and my other clothes were sorted by jeans, pants, sweaters, etc. so organized! Now all I have to do is put them away. I will never do my own laundry again!😅 😍

Best service ever !!

Absolutely love this company ! They are the best . As a working from home mom with a full house, laundry often doesn’t make the cut after a long day . When I discovered SudShare, it changed my life ! The sudsters are courteous and efficient! My favorites are Hallie and Rebecca! Hallie always remembers personal details like when I was getting married and had family in town she asked me about it, makes my experiences with her feel so much more personal! She is also very professional and is attentive when relaying time frames on pickups and deliveries. Rebecca was so accommodating when I had a last minute change to my schedule and we had to update delivery … I love this company and I will continue to use them and recommend them ! They are fantastically priced and have the sweetest crew ! Lifetime customer for sure !

Everything I ever wanted

I have 4 monsters… I mean kids… and while I work from home and I’d like to think I could keep up with laundry, it’s basically impossible. Having laundry not only washed and folded but actually picked up from my doorstep and delivered right back just a day later for just $1 a pound? It can’t be beat. For size reference, a laundry basket about as tall as my 4 year old was 30 pounds. I don’t want to be dramatic and say this Is one of the best things that have ever happened to me…. But after 2020 & 2021, it’s pretty high up on the list. Because I’m a pro at being a mother, I only estimate that I have about another 1100 pounds of laundry or so to be fully caught up and it’s a beautiful thing. Really, it’s a load off my back. Thanks, SudShare, for creating the Uber of laundry.

Best money ever spent

I stumbled on this service and OMG, I’m so glad I did. I went through a time where I was super overwhelmed and everything just seemed so hard to tackle ESPECIALLY my laundry. I had a ridiculous amount. An embarrassing amount. Brittany was my sudster and I almost messaged her to say if you can’t get it done by the deadline, I understand! BUT SHE DID! When I say I was impressed!!!! She even left me a thank you card and it melted my heart. Like SHE thanked ME for paying her to do the one thing that was taking over my life! It sounds dramatic but I was really struggling. Since she caught me up, I’ve since completed a ton of spring cleaning and started doing little things like making my bed. I don’t feel overwhelmed anymore. This is the BEST service. I will absolutely use it again and again.

Life Saver

I was skeptical at first, but my husband convinced me to try SudShare to take some of the burden of laundry off of me. We live a very busy life (doesn’t everyone?) and when we get behind on laundry, it seems impossible to catch up! I ended up sending 100 lbs of laundry to SudShare and had a fabulous experience! My sudster was a great communicator, she explained exactly when to put my items out for pickup. I received a notification that she had begun laundering my items, and then again when she was finished. Then she messaged me and told me when I could expect drop off. She finished my 100 lbs of laundry by that evening! I was so pleased by how everything was folded and organized, making it very easy to put our clothes away! I am in love and will continue to use SudShare regularly!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I loved Poplin when I first started using the service I had a really good person that was doing my laundry! But when the person that you prefer is an available they give you someone else someone random The last two times. I’ve use the service I’ve had an issue were one person stole my hamper! Was very difficult for me to reach out to someone to get it back but it was possible.
The most recent time I use the service the person left so much soap on my clothes I had to rewash them it was disgusting!!! Even re-washing it didn’t take it out I’m having to end up throwing some of my kids uniforms away because there’s visible soap scum on & what are the main reasons I like this service is because they fold and hang her clothes but I sent all my hangers with this person and they sent them back with no clothes on them. Even asked me if I wanted them hung up and I told her yes. So I had to hang up all the clothes I know it sounds like a first world problem but the only reason I pay the extra money for this is mainly for that part.

I reached out to customer service they sounded concerned and sent them videos and pictures and they just closed out my issue ticket with no reply or explanation or no refund.

I think that it’s super rude that they at least didn’t have the decency to email me back or call me in this has just been one mistake after another so I’m definitely NEVER using the service again.

SudShares biggest fan

HONESTLY, I couldn’t have been a happier mom. I am in the process of moving and I’ll admit I was on the lazy side and didn’t want to have to pack my clothes and do the buckets of laundry I had. I had received an invitation from a close friend who gave raving reviews on Poplin that also had a $20 coupon attached. (I LOVE MY COUPONS) so I downloaded it, packed my laundry in the closest bags I could find and put it outside my door & my job was done. The communication & accuracy of time was impeccable. It was so good that I used it again the next day bahahaha ! I think it’s safe to say I might be obsessed. Laundry is my biggest nightmare & this literally saved me so much time, and stress. Being 6 months pregnant those are both things I couldn’t be more thankful for.

Literally save your time and tears

After using SudShare throughout this semester, my normal Sudster was not available, so after being assigned to someone new, my clothes were returned smelling like smoke and SudShare has been no help. They ONLY have a text and email customer service line that responds periodically if at all. I ended up being charged to have my clothes rewashed, and even though multiple people in my life substantiated that they thought my clothes smelled like smoke, SudShare found them “fresh and clean.” Perhaps most concerning, is the fact that I expressed worry about a former Sudster having access to my address after a poor review, and as a response, SudShare let me know she would be returning to my residence to drop off clothes she had forgotten about (that somehow appeared after my review was published).
I have NO resolution from SudShare, my clothes still smell of smoke, and it is impossible to reach an actual human associated with the company. It’s just not worth it. Take your laundry and business elsewhere.

Great.. until you need support

Poplin was a life saver.. until I got my laundry back completely wet in a bag. The fee? 94$ for this batch of laundry. We had just got back from a Christmas trip so there was extra laundry. When it came back damp/wet I expected actual help! instead they said to create another order so they could “investigate” and they would do the laundry for free or I would be charged AGAIN. Well since I had already opened the bag I wasn’t completely sure the items would remain “wet” and didn’t want to pay 94 dollars again. I sent them this response back and they responded with basically the same message as the first time. They didn’t answer any of my questions or ease any of my concerns. When I replied to the second message they never even replied. I was so disappointed I deleted Poplin and will never use it again. I started using Poplin in April of 2020 and have spent a lot of money on the service.. what a disappointment when I needed a little help.

Great option if you don’t have laundry in unit

I never realize a laundry service existed that would actually be affordable, but now that my boyfriend and I moved to a place without a washer and dryer in-unit (for the first time) it’s been more of a chore (and expense) to do laundry than ever before. When he found SudShare it took some convincing because I am picky about my clothes but I’ve been really impressed in the few times we’ve used Poplin . The “sudsters” are generally responsive and quick on the turnaround time. It takes the hassle out of folding everything and matching socks. I would (and have) recommend SudShare for anyone who doesn’t have easy access or time to do their laundry.

Missing Laundry/ no resolution

I would give this service a 4/5 but unfortunately my server Daniel lied and then took a picture of 2 bags of clothes somewhere and told us he delivered them to us. He picked them up from our home at the correct address, asked for extension, told us he had car trouble for days. After we reached out to The company, he sent a picture of clothes next to a brick wall on old black carpeted floor. I have have had great servers in the past and my husband and I have used the service maybe 25 times on a regular basis. But I am upset because the company is not rectifying the matter in a timely manner. I am missing all my towels, my husband’s my daughter’s and my own clothes and under garments. And to top it off we were still charged for the service with an additional surcharge! If the company reaches out and fixes the situation, I will update my review! Extremely unhappy!

Beyond every expectation

Ok so I'm a skeptic at heart. I searched for laundry services near me and SudShare showed up. It seemed way too good to be true and that scares me. But I am a single father, I had been working nights and weekends and the laundry got really backed up. So I tried it.

From the first contact with my laundry pro everything was not just like the reviews said; it was even better. Very professional, very courteous, and my 63lbs of laundry war picked up the morning after I placed the order.

Poplin informed me of the whole process. And the next day I got my laundry back...washed, dried, folded, sorted, and bagged. Everything smelled amazing. Everything was cleaned to perfection. And at only $1/lb with free pickup and delivery, I felt like I was under charged. I caught up on a month of laundry a day. I left a big tip and still felt guilty. I am not being paid for this review. I am in advertising and when I find a service that lives up to the hype I speak up.

I am not sure I'll ever use my own laundry machines again. This is just an incredible service. Highly highly recommended.

Worst service ever

I used this service once and will never do it again. My sudster disappeared with my laundry for 48 hours and after extensive efforts to get in touch with customer service (they don’t answer their phones or call back) they refused to give me her contact info to file a police report. I complained via social media and they deleted my comments - clearly a shady business move. Finally I heard from my sudster and she was able to prove that the problem was Poplin glitching - that’s why she couldn’t get in touch with me. Customer service tried to make me feel guilty for not caring about my sudster’s well being when I was upset about thousands of dollars of clothes and linens missing. When we did receive our laundry back, it included a bunch of other people’s items - they say each load is done separately but that’s clearly not true. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy.

Life Changing!!

Thank you!! I no longer have to be a grown adult still doing laundry at my parents house! My building does not have any laundry on site so I always have to haul everything downstairs, pack up my car and head to the laundromat (or my mom’s, or sometimes a friend’s). After avoiding laundry for a little too long I had an absolute mountain of clothing!! I decided to try SudShare and loaded up 5 full bags of clothes. I was worried about the cost because of how much laundry I had but I was pleasantly surprised. I would have spent the same or more at the laundromat and wasted a full day. Give yourself a break and let someone else do all that laundry!

By

I Wanted to like it.

I had 8 orders completed with SudShare. It started out affordable and great, but the quality has gone downhill these last two times. Due to a Sudster shortage surge pricing is in effect. The most recent sudster chastised me for having my clothing in baskets instead of bags upon picking up my clothing despite the information in Poplin stating this is ok. My clothing was delivered late-outside of the 24 hour window. Additionally I am missing all of my sons pants and some of my husbands shirts. The remaining shirts for my husband have dark spots on them. Contacting customer service was unhelpful-asking for a detailed inventory of the laundry, which I am unsure of. I won’t be doing this again. It will just be easier and save me from strange interactions with Sudsters and replacing ruined/missing clothing to do my own laundry again. I wanted it to help make my life less stressful, but has created more issues and stress in my life.

Poor customer service

I used Poplin a few times and was pleased. However, the last time all my laundry came back damp and not smelling right after sitting in a closed bag all day. I do not have a washer and dryer so I had to hang clothes around my apartment to dry. I commented on what I was unhappy about and heard nothing back. Several weeks later , after unsubscribing and deleting, I still received emails. I contact , yet again, and was told there was no email or phone number associated with my account. Later I received an email saying I would be unsubscribed, like I requested. I honestly just wanted an apology. I would have spent the $30 at a laundry mat if I would have known I was going to have to do it myself. 100% satisfaction or money back is a lie! I didn’t get anything but poor customer service. This is disappointing because I was beyond satisfied up until customer service was involved.

Poor customer service and no quality control

Our clothes (including our toddler and baby ) came back smelling like marijuana. They did offer to rewash it for free but, notably, told me if the person rewashing it thought it “smells fine” I would be charged as normal (because what I want after having given up my clothes for 36 hours is to give them up again just to be double charged). Ultimately I felt violated and uncomfortable using the service after my children’s clothes smelled like weed and asked for a refund, which they denied - per their terms of service, their garment protection program only provides sudshare credit! I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I am now using a local laundry service that costs nearly 2x as much but with peace of mind that I know my children’s clothes aren’t going to be exposed to marijuana smoke.

There is no downside!

Seriously! Download, click 3-4 buttons, put in your info, put your stuff on the porch, wait a day or two, open your door and find clean laundry folded better than your mom could do. There’s no way it could be made any easier or fool proof. Also, I don’t live anywhere near a big city and was able to be matched with someone in about half an hour - so it’s not like a lot of apps out there that only cater to city-dwellers.
This is 100% how I will be doing laundry until I move into an apartment that has a washer and dryer. The price and service are exceptional.

Ridiculous surge fees

I’ve used this three times, and each time there was an issue. The first time, it took almost an entire day for someone to pick up my order, but was otherwise good (a little damp when returned but I unpacked it right away so it was okay). The second time, they canceled my order without telling me and when I went to redo it there was a surge fee of $23. It was worded misleadingly, so afterwards I realized I paid $43 for a single load of only 8 pounds! I tried to use it a third time, and the surge pricing will not go away, so it wants me to pay $41 minimum for a single load… and you can never get a hold of anyone in customer service. And you can’t cancel an order once you place even if no worker has picked it up yet. No thanks

Nice app, Inconsistent laundry service, poor customer service

Used this service for linens from a vacation rental property. Typical share economy lack of quality control. Some service providers were good. Others lost my items and I would constantly see other people’s items in my load. Folding was crappy which is really the part of the laundry you are paying for someone else to do for you. My final order with them came back 5 pounds underweight so I was missing a few items. When I called customer service to report the issues they basically told me 5 pounds was an acceptable level of shrinkage. Not to me! I now do Laundry Mom and the difference is amazing. Slightly more expensive and they don’t have a cool app but they do a fantastic wash, fold, sealed and delivered. Owner is very professional.

ALL CLOTHES WRINKLED. NO SUPPORT

My first order with sudshare was great. everything came back folded clean and fast. The second order the lady didn’t use my fabric softener and my clothes didn’t smell too great but everything was still nice. Yesterday was my LAST ORDER as ALL of my pants were folded so haphazardly that they are wrinkled beyond wearing and will need to be rewashed. i contacted sudshare and received a reply that they’re not responsible for how the “dryer” may leave clothes and that they are not a dry cleaner or ironing service. um excuse you! these are not dry clean items nor did i expect ironing! these are normal gym slacks and jeans which when properly folded out of the dryer come out fine. your sudster RUSHED and folded carelessly and now i have a bag full of wrinkled items i will need to rewash to wear. smh. you should provide better support to customers if you intend to keep them. bye sudshare.

I sent ONE item to be cleaned and they damaged it. They responded to my email to send them the link to replace the item and when they saw it was $120 they suddenly changed their mind that they would give me a $40 CREDIT. When I advised I would not be using their service again and to please issue me a refund, they closed my ticket. After sending numerous emails and receiving the robo response over and over again, the e final email was "Sorry, we do not give refunds". so now I'm out $265.00 between what I paid to have 1 item cleaned, plus the tip and to replace the item.

I downloaded the wrong app. I realized this was for the consumer so deleted that app and downloaded the SudsShare app as a sudshare WORKER. It keeps telling me I already have an account. Ok, try to login, won't let me. Tried everything, then I get locked out for suspicious activity. I just want to work.

Hung out to dry🥺 My laundry was picked up and the next day I received someone else laundry mixed in with mine and some of my clothes were missing. I contacted support. Was told over and over, day after day, that I would get my laundry back and that the other person’s laundry would be picked up same day. This has gone on for days. I have not once received communication from the company itself, only automated zen desk emails. I requested protection plan coverage but SudShare is unresponsive. Can’t file a police report, because I don’t have sudster name etc. Sudster took my laundry and SudShare took my money and hung me out to dry. On top of that SudShare told me to put the other persons laundry on my front steps and has left it there for days. If you are considering this service-stay away. How long before there is a problem and you get hung out to dry?

he few times I've used it, it was EXCELLENT! There were a few hiccups but overall the service was good. However, this last incident made me EXTREMELY upset. Not only did I not get back 2 shirts, my laundry needs (Gain Flings, Gain scented beads, and Bounce dryer sheets weren't returned. While I understand the 48 hr rule, I wanted to give the Sudster time to bring them back as he stated he would when he dropped off the clothes. I reported the Sudster and I was all but accused of not telling the truth. Even after I sent a screenshot message it was asked did someone else in my home or one of my neighbors took it and didn't tell me. There was a time when I did report something within 48hrs and nothing was done. They asked me for proof both times and both times nothing happened. Just as I was gonna share this service with family/friends/social media family, I will opt out. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

I wish I had read these reports before using this very shady business. Each time, there were missing items, and I had decided NOT to use Sudshare again. But, I have Stage 4 Breast Cancer and was scheduled for a mastectomy. I had laundry that needed done and placed an order. Not only did the "Sudsters" appear to be on high on drugs, Craig the Sudster, pissed on my property and my Condo manager told him to get off the property. He would have called the police, but I would have been held liable and he knew I was sick. I never received my laundry for four days, and finally one hour before I was to drive out of town for my surgery, they dropped off my laundry, which was wet and only partially completed. DO NOT EVER USE SUDSHARE!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET REIMBURSED. THEY WANT ME TO USE CREDIT. SERIOUSLY????
