Unfortunately, you can only place order via hampr so if hampr isn’t working, you have to wait to schedule - which means you have to remember to check back until it works. (And this is even after uninstalling and reinstalling.)
Also, they have a complicated billing system that’s questionable and hard to trust. I had duplicate charges made to my debit card for an order I didn’t make but they don’t show anything on their end. But after seeing what my account documented on their end, I saw inconsistent charges, incomplete charges, and partial refund charges without details.
If I can’t rely on the tech or billing, I can’t waste my money.
Definitely hold off on ordering the membership with bags until you know you like them, because you can’t get a refund if you’re unhappy with their services. They wouldn’t give me a refund despite the problems with charges they couldn’t account for. BUT after I cancelled, they offered me a $20 credit if I came back… ok.
