We have given this place a few chances ….1st they didn’t let us order they says we open at 8:00 doors And online say 7:00. We left to the store next door & not even 5 minutes after we walked back by and they had set up the tables outside & allowed a customer to order.
2. The past two times the store has been extremely dirty. To the point they could barley walk without slipping. I’ve seen cups and lids and full size fruit on the floor. The customer service is horrible. Twice they forgot my order. Today I asked for ice and when I got my drink it had no ice oh and she left my drink on the counter and didn’t call out my name. After she said she ran out of ice. Another time I asked what a drink was and she told me she didn’t know. Today that same girl was at the register and you couldn’t hear her. They forgot to give me 3 pineapple bowls I had ordered. The device they use to cut the bananas and fruit is disgusting dirty.
I took pictures of the filthy mess and I’m considering posting in our neighborhood magazine.I plan on calling the local health department because it’s really bad.

I have been using NekterJuiceBar for 6 months and used Nekter as part of my health regimen that helped me drop 35 pounds and continue a healthy nutritional lifestyle.

One aspect that needs improving, you must enter your credit card every time you go to a new store - which is annoying. Nevertheless, NekterJuiceBar overall is good. I find it useful if visiting the same store repeatedly and you can earn credit towards your purchases after 9 purchase, your 10th is free; you can’t do this without NekterJuiceBar . There are kinks every once in a while with the store not receiving the order but the store always quickly takes care of it.

Love Nekter and it’s always amazing. Never have been disappointed. Little disappointed for the first time ever. My smoothie serving was slim. I got 3 smoothies and two of them where not full. This has never happened to me before. I wish they would have taken the time to make more to fill my cups. :( Taste was amazing as always!

As others have said, works as described. The problem is that nectar does not deliver the product well once you are there. I have found at times I still have to wait quite a bit. And, when I don’t have to wait they have typically made it right away and it’s become soup by the time I get there. (This is related to the bowls)

You’re better off to go in an order and wait if you want your items to be good quality. Of course if you’re wanting to get the free item after 10 visits you have to use NekterJuiceBar , as far as I know, in which case just make sure you go right away after you order and be OK if there’s a wait.

I typically like to add protein and/or a couple other add ins, and like to remove the agave from my drinks. Unfortunately the drinks don’t have a lot of options for customization when ordering through NekterJuiceBar . I’d honestly buy drinks more frequently if I could order ahead and pick up, but I have to go into the store to order each time. I’m no developer, but this seems like an easy addition to NekterJuiceBar . 5 stars as soon as that functionality is added!

NekterJuiceBar malfunctions in many ways and will charge your account for drinks you did not want. I’ve had NekterJuiceBar charge me twice for the same order. I’ve canceled drinks and still been charged. I’ve used their rewards system and had my reward points deducted and my credit card charged. Here is the kicker. If you complain in the store, they tell you that if you used NekterJuiceBar , you have to complaint through NekterJuiceBar . When you send NekterJuiceBar a complaint, it generates a complaint number and emails that they will get back to you within 3 business days and they never get back to you. I should have been done long ago.

First of all this is not a user friendly app. Second when I place orders many times the order looks correct on NekterJuiceBar but is not correct at store level. I have had issues with some of the offers in NekterJuiceBar such as not getting my bonus cards. I now will not purchase gift cards in app that have an offer attached to them. I have multiple times reached out to Nekter customer service in regards to not receiving the offers that were stated in app and they never get back to me. Needless to say it’s just a trash app.

Trust me the order before you get there is not very convenient. By the time you find your card or gift card, place your order, enter the card number, the PIN number, 25 minutes for the drink to be ready, another 10 minutes after you’re there because they seem to never be ready is a hassle! For some reason you can’t add your card info so you have put it in each time is the most annoying to me. Other than that NekterJuiceBar is good and quick with earning rewards.

So NekterJuiceBar updated today to a new points based system sort of like AMC theaters system instead of the punch program it had before and because of it, I know have to make over 3 additional juice purchases in order to earn a free one. “You asked, we listened” really sounds made up when they fixed something that wasn’t broken.

Also. I just realized I have a gift card I can’t finish using because NekterJuiceBar only allows you to use it while ordering with NekterJuiceBar only and can’t be used to pay a total with any other form of payment. It’s either all or nothing.

They always act like they are happy to see me and my smoothie or bowl is made well.
The product itself is excellent and I always feel better after the high quality ingredients.

I LOVE my Toxin Flush (T-Flush) and buy one nearly everyday. The one I uploaded yesterday is missing; so I tried to rescan and still nothing. :(

Oh I just saw someone else's comment and they said they buy multiple and only received one fruit credit! That's more than likely what happened to mine. Please fix; these are not inexpensive items and we should not be penalized for buying multiple items 😉

Horrible customer service. Young black girl with nose ring had horrible attitude. Stated “we stop juicing 45 minutes prior to closing because we cleaned the machine”. This means no juice starting at 5:55 pm when the store closes at 7:00 pm. Well, what’s the point of running a juicing store that has hourly employees? Avoid this location at all costs. This place does not deserve people’s money with this type of service provided. I wonder how many customers they turn away stating they can’t make them a juice? What a great business model!!!

I had a concern, wrote them and the only message I got was: “we have forwarded your email and someone should get back to you” Then closed my ticket 3 times. Every time I mentioned - “issue not resolved” each time I got the same answer - “we have forwarded your email and somebody should get back to you” then ticket closed. It has been 2 weeks! Use NekterJuiceBar to shop but for customer service call the store because online they are useless.

i used to use my Nekter app ALL the time, now whenever I’m trying to “sign in” it acts as if I’m signing up, and when i enter my email it says it already exists! Well DUH I’m trying to sign in not sign up!!
then i click the option to “sign in” because that’s what pops up next after it recognizes my email(as I’m signing in), then app shuts down.
Y’all need to update and fix bugs, I’m tired of buying $10 juices without receiving rewards because NekterJuiceBar won’t work accordingly.

Did the 100$ gift card for 4x5$ bonus card and 2 free açaí bowls. Couldn’t use any of these deals in store! They had to make special exception and refund a bowl and do a separate 5$ discount. Taking up a lot of time and energy. So stupid. Fix this. ALSO, you place an order on app and they don’t even get it in the store for like 15-20 minutes! It’s super delayed! Annoying. This is for La Encantada location in Tucson Arizona. Your poor employees have to deal with this incompetent app’s mistakes.

NekterJuiceBar doesn’t work properly for all functionality. It gives incorrect error messages and some of the functions flat out don’t work.

I tried to order with a gift card and if the gift card doesn’t have enough to cover the order you can’t use it. Should accept multiples payment forms so your gift card remaining balances aren’t worthless.

You can’t reload a gift card because when I try it keeps telling me my credit card details are incorrect format which doesn’t make any sense.

Also if you do reload the gift card you can only do whole dollar amounts again wasting money.

Also the scan your credit card doesn’t work at all. I tired multiple cards.

I made my order and in the allergy notes put that I cannot have coconut. The Nekter barista showed me the ticket and there was no mention of my allergy comment which was made in NekterJuiceBar . Also, coconut butter was not an option in the ingredients/components to be selected for that meal even though it is a part of the recipe.

I want to know that my allergy comments are clearly printed on the food order so that I can be sure that my food order will be safe to eat.

I wasn’t sure if my 6 year old would like the smoothie bowl with all the toppings or not so got one bowl and one regular smoothie. He actually ate all the toppings! I was surprised. My 6 month old got to taste a little bit of smoothie for the first time too and loved it.

The service being so helpful providing me advice to make me my perfect smoothie and Handcrafted Bowl 🥣. I’m so happy with the combination. Totally recommend to come enjoy this perfect meal if you’re in the fitness pad. Thanks Randy and Mike for so helpful and nice customer service!!!

I love nekter and NekterJuiceBar . NekterJuiceBar is user friendly, very simple to navigate. There is a ton of information from the menu items to healthy living articles. Super helpful to be able to mobile order! 💗

NekterJuiceBar does work if you allow the appropriate time. 20 minutes before you need your purchase is pretty reasonable. I love Nekter, it is my wake up just about everyday...👍😊 also NekterJuiceBar works for each final transaction. If you order 10 drinks and expect 10 credits it’s not going to happen. You would need to purchase separately. You can use NekterJuiceBar and complete one transaction after another. I saw a review prior that said their not cheep, I beg to differ if you check out competitors around. The are priced right so everyone can enjoy a healthy juice, smoothie & skoop.

NekterJuiceBar works very well, especially for a juice company! However, with the new update, it is too many clicks to order. I swear I hit “pay now” or something similar on like 6 different screens before the order goes through. All the updates are great except for that.

I have some specific fruit allergies, so I wish there was a section where I could put that information and be able to request another fruit in place of bananas, which seem to be an ingredient in most, if not all, of the bowls. Also, my location never seems to have NekterJuiceBar orders ready or they misplace it, so I’ve found it’s faster most days to just go in and order. Love the place, but not so hyped about NekterJuiceBar .

I’m used to apps that let you pre-order and customize everything. NekterJuiceBar is missing that. I want to have more than one protein serving as an add in it I want to remove a scoop of peanut butter from the top and those are not options. Ordering ahead is a great convenience, but only if I can order what I want. Keep trying. The products is great, NekterJuiceBar , not so much.

NekterJuiceBar works well but the key is placing your order at least 20 minutes ahead. Some stores are better than others at having your order ready but other than that I love NekterJuiceBar and Nekter!

I enjoy the deals they offer with double or triple rewards. NekterJuiceBar works very well when looking for locations. And I love the news feed as well because it gives you a lot of information about food and health.

NekterJuiceBar is so easy and efficient! Your orders are out immediately. They don’t charge you for tax either when you order through NekterJuiceBar . I’m also a fan of the reward system it’s super easy to keep track of!

Worst run Nekter I’ve ever been to. Sloppy service, short staffed, many customers walked out. I was the only one in line but they wouldn’t take my order because they were too busy. When they finally took my order they told me it’s a 20 minute wait. I asked for the managers phone number and they didn’t have a card. I got it on a sticky note. I’ve been to at least 50 Nekter establishments. Mission Viejo has been by far the worst experience.

My punch card often looks the same before and after I order a smoothie, even when I exit NekterJuiceBar , wait a moment and refresh. So the “buy ten get on free” is more like buy 15 and get one free. I talked to the counter and showed them NekterJuiceBar before and after and understandably they can’t fix it. There’s little incentive to go to Nekter with an app like this.
