Notifications show up at the badge level and no matter how many times I click it closed, it won’t go away from the badge level. I tried turning notifications settings off inside BeyondJuiceryEatery itself, but whenever I relaunch BeyondJuiceryEatery , they turn back on automatically. I had to turn them off within my phone settings. Also, there’s no place in BeyondJuiceryEatery to send any feedback or ask for any help. Plus, there are several things that appear clickable, but then don’t navigate anywhere.
Everyday I try to order an ad pops up, why is there an ad in an app where you are purchasing something. I know what I want and don’t need an ad slowing me down. It won’t even go away when you click something else.
Tried to place an order. First, I entered the zip code to find my store as instructed and it searched for that as a street number instead of zip code. Second, the online menu is missing a lot of items that were in the store. Third, I added an infused lemonade to my order and it added not 1 but 15 of them. Then when I tried to change it to 1, i can only decrease by 1 at a time and it pauses to update after each decrement. Lastly, I entered my payment information and it was hung up on placing my order for 5 minutes. I ended up just going in the store and ordering.
Downloaded app as suggestion from a local misinformed tv channel. Waste of time since app fails to inform of limited area applicable. Good idea not well executed.
Downloaded because they claimed to give a free smoothie if you download and register, but there was no reward to be found.
Trying to make an account and it keeps saying connection problem. Tried multiple times.
Can’t figure out how to add a wrap type or configure my CYO order. Looks like it would work for basic orders only. I’m uninstalling BeyondJuiceryEatery and will go back to phoning my orders.
BeyondJuiceryEatery slows down my ordering process by making go back into my selections and click “NO” to solicitations for upselling. “No” I don’t want to add vitamin C. “No” I do not want to add a cup of soup. It does this when you are “reordering” a previous order - which is a feature that should be super convenient, but the experience is ruined by annoying upselling. And it wastes the user’s time.
adds are huge and obnoxious, have to re enter card information at least 10x before it reads it as valid. would be nice to know when the order is ready to be picked up! just not as convenient as I expected
i ordered off BeyondJuiceryEatery a few days ago and it changed my address to a different address and sent the driver somewhere else.
a tracking option would be nice or even a your food is on the way text.
BeyondJuiceryEatery is easy to use and does a good job. I can also order delivery directly from BeyondJuiceryEatery . Food is awesome.
