Get Pricing Info for Nekter Juice BarI’ve been trying to get in contact with someone (sent email, called the 800 and left a voicemail) and I cannot get anyone to help me! I purchased two gift cards back on December 12 and it was unable to send it to the recipients I wanted to gift it to. They said they added it to my account I have the emails to show it so if somebody can give me a call back at this point I just wanna get my 40 bucks back because I’m getting nowhere.

We have given this place a few chances ….1st they didn’t let us order they says we open at 8:00 doors And online say 7:00. We left to the store next door & not even 5 minutes after we walked back by and they had set up the tables outside & allowed a customer to order.
2. The past two times the store has been extremely dirty. To the point they could barley walk without slipping. I’ve seen cups and lids and full size fruit on the floor. The customer service is horrible. Twice they forgot my order. Today I asked for ice and when I got my drink it had no ice oh and she left my drink on the counter and didn’t call out my name. After she said she ran out of ice. Another time I asked what a drink was and she told me she didn’t know. Today that same girl was at the register and you couldn’t hear her. They forgot to give me 3 pineapple bowls I had ordered. The device they use to cut the bananas and fruit is disgusting dirty.
I took pictures of the filthy mess and I’m considering posting in our neighborhood magazine.I plan on calling the local health department because it’s really bad.

The app malfunctions in many ways and will charge your account for drinks you did not want. I’ve had the app charge me twice for the same order. I’ve canceled drinks and still been charged. I’ve used their rewards system and had my reward points deducted and my credit card charged. Here is the kicker. If you complain in the store, they tell you that if you used the app, you have to complaint through the app. When you send the app a complaint, it generates a complaint number and emails that they will get back to you within 3 business days and they never get back to you. I should have been done long ago.

So the app updated today to a new points based system sort of like AMC theaters system instead of the punch program it had before and because of it, I know have to make over 3 additional juice purchases in order to earn a free one. “You asked, we listened” really sounds made up when they fixed something that wasn’t broken.
Also. I just realized I have a gift card I can’t finish using because the app only allows you to use it while ordering with the app only and can’t be used to pay a total with any other form of payment. It’s either all or nothing.
