I tried to edit my basket and an order went through automatically, also charging me the wrong amount.

There’s also no customer support within JOETHEJUICE .

Other small issues like location saving, previous orders still shown in progress, and inability to purchase loyalty cards reliably.

JOETHEJUICE is absolutely worthless. Everytime I try to order something it keeps showing that my old order is in progress. One time it’s working than it doesn’t for ten. I mean if you are trying to make people use your app maybe you should make it work so it’s not frustrating for your loyal customers.

I love JOETHEJUICE! It makes life much easier.. I can order on the way to the store and collect the items in the window. Not to mention it just flows. If I need to change something on the order it’s super quick and effective. Just love it!

Placed order with an “ASAP” 10 minute delivery estimate. 40 minutes later and JOETHEJUICE is still stuck on “Your order is on the way to us” status. Locations don’t have phone numbers so can’t call. No customer service in JOETHEJUICE . I think I just threw $30 away.

I can’t use JOETHEJUICE , because it thinks I’m in Europe instead of the U.S. When I try to search NYC locations by zip or address, it doesn’t work. Useless. And wasting my time since I can’t pre-order and have to wait around in the store.

Loyalty card purchases did not work for me, and customer service support via JOETHEJUICE is unreliable. Good ordering is fast, though.

JOETHEJUICE won’t find my location, only pulls up stores in Europe. Tried numerous times to change location settings with no luck. Never had this issue with another app.

The point system is too confusing, not even the staff understands how to use. Plus, I have over 134,000 points over almost two years and the points disappeared!

I can’t complete any order because it says my pin is wrong when it isn’t. Extremely frustrated. Tried deleting and redownloading but it did not work

How hard is it to make a single sandwich for customer to pickup? Tried order ahead pickup three times from the shop four blocks from me. Once, after notification my order was ready for pickup, I show up and store has no order for me, says they have no record. Second time, they made the wrong sandwich. Very first time, they left out half the order (1 of 2 sandwiches). This was before I started checking my order in store. The people who work here just don’t really care at all. Will no longer be a paying customer here.

Love the pretty unique design of JOETHEJUICE, and the rewards structure is even better.

A lot of bad reviews are about the bad app<->store functionality. JOETHEJUICE has a 100% success rate of being perfect for me in the Bay Area of California.

Went into a store and was asked to place an order over JOETHEJUICE to get 50% off on the order. Placed an order and was still charged the full amount (even though JOETHEJUICE showed 50% discount on the item price in menu).

Contacted support and they said it only applied for orders eaten in store. I show them a picture of the receipt as proof that I ate in store and they say they processed a refund. Still waiting on it after 2 weeks and support doesn’t respond for 3-4 days minimum at a time.

They changed JOETHEJUICE so you can only swap out the milk on the latte to non dairy options, and they don’t include the difference between nonfat and regular when adding it to americanos, etc. I can go into the store and order a nonfat latte, but the options aren’t available on JOETHEJUICE . Means I either can’t order ahead, or have to order a drink other than the one I want because I don’t like whole milk. Please fix this.

I am a fan of Joe’s food but JOETHEJUICE is a NIGHTMARE. When you order delivery, it defaults to a 10 percent tip even if you manually entered a generous tip. And if you try to call the store to fix - surprise - none of the stores have phone numbers and the customer service number on JOETHEJUICE never works. I usually have cash in the house but the stress JOETHEJUICE has caused me is off the charts. Fix it so that it doesn’t default to the lowest possible amount every time!!!!! And get some support!

JOETHEJUICE is the best food app for a place that i have ever seen. I mean it tells you the calories of the food, it’s easy to order, you get rewards ITS AMAZING. who ever designed JOETHEJUICE needs a raise

This use to be a 5 star app until the last update eliminated the ability to change juice base and milk base options. I do not want vanilla milk in my shake, it has more sugar than 2 cokes but yet you took away the option to change out the milk. I also can’t change the apple juice base which again is loaded with sugar. Please change it back and this will once again be a 5 star app.

Very confusing app, all over the place. I’m not the only one who thinks this. The main goal of an app for a juice store or restaurant should be ease of use for the consumer and JOETHEJUICE is not this. I could honestly make a better app for them, it is not that hard. Love the place though, just make JOETHEJUICE more user friendly and not so scattered.

JOETHEJUICE is constantly hanging / crashing on my iPhone Xs when I try to add my card
