1) Tip default is really shady. It sets automatically at $2 when you order and it’s a pain to manually opt to not tip, and it reverts itself sometimes when you go to add something else so BEWARE...

2) Each time I look to do a mobile order it sets it out at least 30 minutes. I talked to a girl in store and she said CleanJuice was buggy because obviously it doesn’t take that long to make a smoothie, and each time I’ve gone instead of mobile ordered, the store has been dead. They said call ahead and they’ll make it ASAP, but that doesn’t always work (one person was quite rude when I asked if it was really a 30 minute wait) and that’s a lot of work. They need to take a page from the Starbucks mobile ordering on their app...

3) Disappointed because they had a rewards level for $500 spend and they deleted it so now the lowest rewards level is $1000 spend. Especially because I lost my points under the old reward system when I switched to CleanJuice. You can even see the screenshot with the $500 reward level on CleanJuice Store preview still...they basically doubled the amount you have to spend for the rewards.

App works easily enough but...

1) at present the nutritional information provided on CleanJuice is vastly different from that on the clean juice website. Which am I supposed to believe? I assume with this being a relatively “nutrition-forward” business many patrons track their nutrition each day. It’s tough when it’s different everywhere you look.

2) there is no “pay cash at the store” option. I realize this could result in some waste, but I don’t love entering my card information online, especially when I have cash available.... but then I’m pressed for time some mornings and don’t have the time to actually wait in store either. A “pay at store” option would be nice.

Haven’t had any issues, but when you create an order and select your item, the x in the eighth hand corner isn’t obvious. For everything else you go back, but this case you click a really small x. I think it should be more consistent. I get the idea that you are closing out a card, but it needs to be more obvious. Please implement consistent navigation.

I have been waiting for a place like this to pop up. I love all of the healthy menu options and REAL ingredients. The store is clean and inviting and all of the employees are so nice and friendly! I live 30 minutes away so I order ahead on CleanJuice then all I have to do is run in and grab my order! Give it a try, you’ll def be a fan!!

I loooove popping into the nearest Clean Juice for a meal replacement, Juice, bulletproof coffee, snack, etc. I know I’m fueling my body with organic, fresh and healthy fruits/vegetables. I’m a realtor and I’m constantly on the go. CleanJuice allows me to order ahead and go in to the shop real quick so I can be on my way to my next appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Clean Juice.

Once we pay we should be able to go back to the first screen. There is no way to navigate back home after using the payment option from CleanJuice . Have to close and restart.

I really like the ease of using CleanJuice, but the time for pick up has been stuck on 1030 since I started using it last week. I cannot select right away. 1030 is always my only option. I’m hoping someone fixes that so that the store understands that we want these orders right away, not at 10:30.

This place is all around perfect in my Opinion. They go above and beyond with offering nutritional healthy Options that are wonderful for the body and Soul with an added bonus of being delicious while being Organic! Thank you for being in our Lives ‘Clean Juice’! 🤗

What a blessing it is to have Clean Juice around the corner from my home! The store is spotless and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I love the quality and selection of their juices and smoothies and I also love that they have a prayer jar in their store and they print scripture on all of their juice bottles. To God be the glory! A+++

Today Saturday, December 14 for the very first time I received really bad service. I ordered the Avocado Toast and for the very first time I received it and the avocado was all brown and nasty. I have been buying drinks from here for a year and I haven’t received something like this. I was told that the avocado was “good” when it was all brown and black, and they didn’t care to fix it, instead I heard the employees in the back room laughing. Things like this do not ever happen when the owner is around.

Terrible website. I live in Naperville Illinois and my online orders get thrown to Asheville, NC. I am not going to keep calling the Asheville store to get my credit on my purchase. Good luck, I’m done. Brutal website. You’ll be out of business in six months because of the online ordering on the website. Bad customer service. Close your doors now to save the rent cost. Your website doesn’t even take customer complaints.....really? Close your doors now and try to negotiate your way out if the lease........

We choose a healthy life style and it was so exciting to find Clean Juice...being Certified Organic! We love all the food and smoothies. Would love to see more healthy choices out in the world. Thank you Clean Juice for supporting people in creating a healthy body...we so appreciate you!!!

Their Online Ordering is completely unreliable because it in no way reflects a stores inventory. At least 12 times I have ordered a cold pressed juice online and arrived in store to find out that my purchase is no longer in stock. Additionally, you can buy 8 oz cold pressed juices on CleanJuice , but all of my local stores have informed me that they never stock this size. In 2020 it’s completely unacceptable to take money for product that is not sold. What a joke.

I am infatuated with this juice bar but CleanJuice does not let me pre order at any location. I thought it could’ve been my phone but after deleting it and redownloading several times, it’s definitely CleanJuice . Otherwise, food and juices are awesome, as well as the detoxes!!
