I hadn’t gone to juice it up for many years and recently started to go again. The gentleman who works most Saturday mornings is amazing. So nice and helpful. He recommends items when you’re undecided. I wish everyone would take their job as seriously. I’m a regular now.

Using JuiceItUp is a convenient way to order ahead of time and skip the line. However, I often receive coupons through the mail and I wish JuiceItUp gave me the option to apply that to my order but unfortunately does not. When trying to use those coupons I get, I do have to get off in store. Other than that, JuiceItUp never gives me any problems.

I started to go a lot more frequently because they always have fresh products, fast service, and excellent attitude. Even when busy, they tend to maintain a very positive attitude.

My only complaint is the front counter and indoor flooring is usually pretty dirty, but it’s understandable that as customers pass by it tends to get dirty.

Overall very clean, fast, friendly, and delicious!

I’m upset that here in the High Desert, at all three locations non of the employees ask the customers “Do you have the loyalty rewards” therefore allowing us to miss points.
I think that every employee need to ask the question before closing out an order “are you a juice it up member”?

I used to have trouble finding my loyalty card, but I have no trouble finding my phone 😂. Now I keep my points tracked on JuiceItUp , and love watching my cup fill up and the rewards pile on. Easy to use, clean interface. Can’t wait to see an ordering function added.

Love being able to pay and get the rewards so easily with JuiceItUp . I could really use a menu though within JuiceItUp so I can look at the other options outside of my usual smoothie choices and mix it up. Would be extremely convenient if it was in JuiceItUp I already have open to pay with.

I was skeptical about using technology to purchase smoothies but honestly juice it up couldn’t have made it any easier. I look forward to going in now that it is so easy to use JuiceItUp and never have any hang ups.

I did like the convenience of using JuiceItUp but when I had trouble with an order (the store didn’t receive my app order so I had to pay twice. Once on app and in store.) I reached out to customer support on the Juice It Up app and they basically told me that they couldn’t help me even though my payment was processed through them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Don’t have an app if you can’t help customers when something goes wrong.

Not only do I love my Açaí bowls, but ALL of the ladies in the Chino Spectrum shopping center are AMAZING! They’re all so friendly, and they know what I like and they personalize everything. I go multiple times a week because of all of that!

Sometimes modifying the smoothies isn’t very simple using JuiceItUp , and sometimes it’s confusing to use your rewards, but overall I like being able to use JuiceItUp and order ahead and collect points.

It’s so disappointing when you have to wait over 15 minutes to get a drink. And there were five people back there working. Not to be like a crybaby but that seems a bit ridiculous to me. And then I ask for extra bananas because I like the little chunks in my drink. And there was none. Sadness

Using JuiceItUp is everything. Love ordering in advance. App is easy to navigate and the staff is always on time. Thank you for making this so easy

I like how JuiceItUp has easy access to important stuff without all the extra junk. Pay and scan rewards, rewards progress.

Started juicing 2 weeks ago, and have lost 10 lbs. I sleep better than I ever have and have more energy than I know what to do with. Love this place to help me keep on my new healthy lifestyle.

Their smoothies hit the spot each and every time! I don’t buy it as much as I’d like, but now when I do I’m buying for the whole family. There’s a drink for everyone there!

I just moved here from LA and pleasantly surprised to find this great place in Beaumont CA we’re I get the best drinks daily. The staff make great drinks and is always kind!

I love your hair every time I come I have a greatest customer service and I love the quality of product and the pride that they take in their work.

I had two drinks in my cart. I had to fix my payment. When the order sent it defaulted to a drink I didn’t order and deleted my two original drinks.
When I tried to order a second drink I couldn’t because I had just placed an order. Very frustrating!

If you’re looking for juice, smoothies, bowls, then this is the spot to go! Fresh ingredients and the staff are super nice. I’ve been in 4 days in a row so had to rave about this place!

Juice It Up on Sierra Hwy in Santa Clarita is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They are knowledgeable about health, helpful, friendly, and caring!! We LOVE treating ourselves to the “ Owners Special.” It is refreshing, delicious and packed with goodness!! Additionally, they provide EXTRAORDINARY customer service!!

Juice it up in Hesperia is the best always taste the freshness in there fruit and vegetables. This place is my go to in the high desert.

Wish I could order online and pay and pick up!!!
